I don’t know why techs would complain about faster timing. Most clients want to get in and out as fast as possible to get back to what ever it is they need/want to do like spending time with their families or getting back to work from being on their lunch break. I personally love the idea because I cannot stay in a normal chair for long with my disability. Thank you for making wonderful products especially ones that help both client and tech 💯♥️

Holy shit what a cool lamp, love how it heats up gradually like that very cool. Oh and can’t wait to try this new product, been Esthetician for over 10 years but just picked up nail extensions recently and hate working with building gel, I had problems building with the gel, floating etc. The time saving thing to, awesome, like who really wants to sit for an hour and a half to get their nails done? ...not me. My clients like to be in and out, just hook em up with a great hand massage at the end, their happy!

I agree when I was a teenager and got my nails done at the chop shops I felt so damn rushed in and out in 30 minutes and like they could care a less about me but just wanted my money instead! 😡😡😡 I much rather sit back relaxing and let the tech take their time.. I'm a tech and I have never worked in a salon setting and probably never will for that reason alone ya gotta hurry hurry hurry lol i work from home and spend even a couple hrs with my clients doing long extravagant nail designs and i only use colored acrylic.. but i get it that's how we gotta be a whole lot faster in a salon type settings.. tracy never looks rushed she just knows what shes doing and has many years of practice lol thanks for sharing guys 😊

Having said that, I still try to trim off time, without causing my customers to feel rushed. :) Lots of folks out there wanting different styles. I say we ALL have our style of customers, just need to "find" the perfect match!!!
Ok so time to get some of these applicators because here in Bakersfield they have been jipping people in nail shops. Telling them that acrylic products are gel when all they do is put a gel top coat on top and call it a full gel set. I just got the hang of gel lol this would have helped last year when it was running everywhere lol.😂😂😂😂

AAAAACTUALLY! I agree with "same product" but it won't be the same skill. If you are doing it faster, that requires a HIGHER skill level because you ARE doing it faster.

Neither hard gel or acrylic is worse or better for your nails. As long as either is being applied and removed correctly. They are both fine. Now depending on the type of nails your have, one or the other could work better. If the nails are thin or damaged I typically do acrylic.. if they have healthy nails and or work in chemicals or water all day.. gel typically does better on them.

Speed is great for professionals at the top level, however nails are being damaged by nail techs trying to push time and rush clients out the door to get the next client in the chair. Techs need to work on skills and accuracy before rushing through to beat the clock. Number one complaint is badly damaged nails following the removal of a service. We know acrylic and gel don’t damage the nails the tech does the damage .

correct a well educated tech knows how to produce good quality nails in a reasonable amount of time without damaging the natural nail plate.
