I usually take red-40 for a pre workout 15 min before my session
so many pres have red 40 and yellow 5. obviously should be ok with moderation but still fucked.

Agreed, but the guy is helping on the way up. So the focus is still on the negative, pretty effective i think. No need to pause or double contract tho.
