Naah Dyl, this is honestly the most peak Dylan x David content and that's saying something.. watched during my cardio and felt like I was just hanging with my friends in the gym. No fancy edits, no music or montages, just straight up gym hangout, loved it keep it coming

Lemme say something man, this made my day. You 2 and these vlogs were what made me really get into training and weightlifting heavy in high-school and so glad it changed my life for the better. All these years later now in a dream job but working out has fell out of favor. This was the spark I needed 😊

I still have the oldschool onyx shirts, great fit and very durable. Been using them for years. The quality is unmatched and far better than Gymshark makes today. Gymshark really needs to bring them back, asap!
They sometimes go online for very high prices too! Got almost all of em... only missing the onyx blacked out t shirt which is nowhere to be found unfortunately. Quality is indeed so amazing!

Im 14 i started wathing these two’s 2016/17 vlogs when i was 12 these guys inspired me to start lifting etc, they helped me find myself and my future i hope i can be like them one day, gosh its sad to see them age over the years but it always makes me happy to see that their friendship is still strong after more than a decade, i wish i had a friend like dylan or david

12:13 I completely agree! You can try to make every set to failure but people that train progressive overload just can't maintain every set to failure due to the amount of weight. And to get that Hypertrophy you will get to a uncomfortable spot that your failure or your form its going to be challenging.
