Should I do chest/back/arm/leg/rest/repeat or chest/back/leg/arm/rest/repeat?
imo back/chest/leg/arm/rest/repeat probably makes the most sense. This way you don’t have movements that are taxing on the lower back (i.e. hinges) on back to back days with back and then legs. Plus kind of the same idea if you have a couple sets of biceps on your back day, you probably want to avoid training biceps on back to back days
