Does this program take the same approach you took to building strength? I don't care too much about being ripped. The aesthetic part comes along naturally. Being flexible and strong, especially to set up a strong body for later on in life is my goal. I've spent the last few months getting much better food habits and finishing some projects. Almost time for serious exercise and my body usually responds fast and well. I love that you're not huge (I don't want to be like that), but you're hilariously strong. I love the videos.
