Hi Sam. Would have been beneficial to "dig a well" in the roll? Then toast the pieces in oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Then add it to the avocado spread as a crunch element. It would give you space for the filling plus add some tasty crunch to an already beautiful piece of food art. What do you think?

The audio on this is almost inaudible. I had to turn the volume up to like 72 out of 100 to sound like most videos at 26 out of 100. The problem with that is then the AD's come on and they are absolutely blaring!
