First time I saw this, when he sings that first line "Would you go with me...." I said out loud "Yes. Anywhere." My mom was watching it as well and she never lets me forget that. But hell, I stand by what I said. Would totally go with hm. Anywhere. Fairly certain I am not the only gal that feels that way. :-) His voice is just incredible. He sings "Three Wooden Crosses" along with Randy Travis, which I really suggest.
@Bourbon Country Reacts I had to go see who Barry White is. I've heard him before and his music is nice. But I'm pretty much a country girl. Grew up in the 70s and 80s. I enjoy 70s and most of the 80s rock but country is my favorite. And the low voices I heard came from the Oakridge Boys and the Statler Brothers. Randy Travis has the nice low voice, like Josh Turner. But I like Vince Gill as well and he has a pretty high voice. Really enjoy your Channel. I have some requests I'd like to ask you to do but I know absolutely nothing about bourbon. Well I have learned some from you and Dustin but I wouldn't know what to buy.
Gosh, I accidentally watched the last couple vids out of order so I commented on the Travis vid, but I absolutely love this song. Its cheesy gooyness, I do enjoy how low his voice goes. The performance between him and Randy Travis are great.
Have you guys done any Corb Lund yet? He's a fantastic Canadian country artist from Alberta - with songs that are right up your alley. And I think you'd really enjoy all of the instrumentals. I've met him and seen them live many times - and they are incredible. Rye Whiskey, Truck Got Stuck, The Truth Comes Out, Five Dollar Bill, Roughest Neck Around are my personal favourites. But they have SO many more. Would love to hear your reactions. Cheers from Canada! :)
I could be strongly mistaken but I believe that Josh Taylor is on the edge of base over bundo. He has an extreme range asmo space over fundos to and yeah I absolutely love this the strings are. If you want Josh Taylor staying in a low range listen to Josh Turner your Man.
I can see how the sudden drop in voice could “bother” someone as the rest of the song is in a higher level so the drop sort of sticks out. I pick up on vibrato easily and if I detect it, I can’t focus much on the song. A few of Sara Even’s songs do that such as “A Little Bit Stronger”.
Did you notice in the video the kids then as teenagers dating then as the old man with the ashes of his wife he pours out on the beach then as a little girl she appeared back to him then he shows his young boy self
Someone who has a big range is very impressive to most people, and they like hearing that. Like opposite end of the scale Mariah Carey huge range and she showed it off in most of her songs and had a huge following. I personally love hearing someone who can get super low get super high. It takes a lot of voice training and work to be able to do that.
His voice does NSFW things for me😂 he hits those low notes and OH MY GOD!! The song is just a fun one. I liked the way he show cased his Bluegrass background. Y'all should hear him do "Silver Wings". Loved y'alls reaction. Keep up the good work!
@@BourbonCountryReacts thanks for the reply. I have been binging your videos and they are great. Have been giving thumbs up and comments to try and help your channel as well. Keep up the good work.
I like that song a lot. Sometimes you need a romantic song. Great reaction and I can see how your wimminz roll their eyes at you because you guys behave like teenagers. 😂 And Dustin’s Bad bourbon face was hilarious. 😂
The story behind the name sadly isn't that interesting. I wanted Skipper as my username for RuneScape about 15 years ago. But being a dumb kid I forgot how to spell, and Skiper was born. Just never corrected it all these years.
Josh Turner's voice really isn't a baritone I think he's considered a bass another good country singer that has a good bass voice is Scotty McCreery and another excellent bass singer is Tim Foust I know you guys don't like home free but you should really check out Tim's solo projects dude it is incredibly talented😅
You didn't get pulled out of the song by the range. The range was part of the vocals performing the song. The range and the song are hand in hand so to speak.

Go anywhere anytime! Long as He sang to me!
Love the honest reactions.
Josh Turner is amazing and I love this song. It's playlist for me too. Anything by him is for me.
This is a great song! I'm gonna suggest that you react to
Josh Turner: Your Man! Great seeing you guys again!
His voice enhances every song he sings for me!
I LOVE his music!! He is one of my favorites!
I've always been a big fan of how country artists do romantic songs.
I heard Josh in concert outdoors and he was fantastic. I loved it.
I like the way the song ends on kind of a mysterious tone
Awesome song! Just makes you happy and you find yourself bobbin along.
I love his voice. High or low. The lower the better!
Thanks guys!

"(Gonna) Shine Up My Boots" and "Hair in My Eyes Like a Highland Steer" are two more fun ones, Alberta here as well.

In the video, the little girl is "Chicago's Peter Cetera's youngest daughter Senna. She's a dance model. These kids are adorable. Song is fantastic!!
Love his voice. Sweet dobro.
Great reaction yall! I never thought to use deep voice to enhance my experience, will have to remember that...
❤
Definetly..anytime...anywhere

I tend to focus less on the video, and more on the music, so, no, I didn't catch that. - Keith

Josh's voice is cool, but the picking was the star on this one for me.
It was quite good. - Keith

I really enjoyed the bluegrass themes in this. - Keith
@Bourbon Country Reacts in the last decade, I've noticed that slowly bluegrass is becoming mainstream.
Have y'all done Fait Hill Piece Of My Heart
Not yet. - Keith
