hi cfmoto, I can't register my vehicle, it tells me that it is bound, I made the release by sending the requested documents but after a week it is still bound, how can I resolve this problem?

Did you check the VIN number if correctly written: letters i and O and Q are not used because risk of confusion with numbers one and zero. All numbers are used from 0 till 9.

I keep getting an error "binding failed, please try again 10 minutes after the vehicle is powered on" and it still does not bind after and hour of being on. Do you answer here? CS is no help and neither is dealer

@@sandruk82 I got it fixed, they had to change the T-box. Still took like a month with them having to contact teck support in China but it was taken care of under warranty
