- I got a little tongue-tied in parts of this video (nothing new for me ;).
Learn how to configure your Yoke or other Flight Controller, to use the Drone Camera, without resorting to the keyboard or Xbox controller!

A bit late to the party, but I adopted your drone camera assignments on my own Saitek yoke. This said, the keyboard is always close by, so I use the default INS key to toggle the drone camera and the numpad 5 key to reset the drone to the starting point. Tx for the tips!

Thanks Huddison. I followed you guide and got it all working, well almost all. I ran into trouble with the last two procedures, I programmed the switch on my throttle quadrant to jump in and out of drone and cockpit camera's but when I went to fly and go to drone camera, it would lower the flaps as well and when I went to raise the flaps, I'd end up in the cockpit again. Don't know what I did wrong, Never mind, I just use the INS key to jump from cockpit to drone. I had installed the Lydd Airfield from Burning Blue Designs and that's fantastic too. I then flew from Lydd to London City, then to Gloucestershire and finally on to Cardiff. It was great to be able to fly in formation with the plane and check out the scenery as flying passed. Great to hear it helped Dave. I find it incredibly useful to have the Drone camera setup on the same flight controller/yoke that I am currently flying with.
OMG I tried for hours setting up my controllers until I find this video!!!!!! Excellent job explaining everything. The main tip you provided was the "scanning tool " to select the actual bottom to select. TY so much!!!!!

ive somehow lost my throttle control setting within MSFS control options, any chance you could assist me on how to delete my current logitech flight yoke and throttle quadrant and reinstall them to get it back or tell me if there is a simpler way?

Is there a way to 'reset' the drone view? That is, to take the drone back to the point where it stated? Thanks ~
Yes, the easiest way is to mouse up to the top of the screen, to the menu up there: select the camera looking icon and you can reset drone view to the initial starting point.

My FS has been crashing every time I open it and try to download the 15Gb update. Been locked out for a week.
Not good; just hope you don't need to reinstall the entire Sim.
What version do you have (MS store or Steam)?
