Maharashtrian chillis are really hot, I had Puran Poli/Koli i don't actually remember the name forgive me it was spicy. It's too spicy but Vada Pav, Misal Pav is love. I love Maharashtrian food. Just not the spicy one. Love from East India (Kolkata)

Kanda poha is a light food for breakfast. These crunchy chips are fritters in Vada pav. I am sure, he sells more than 1000 per day Vada pav. You can ask for extra Pav (they will charge you some extra money like 10 or 20), if you have Bhaji left on your plate. Also, you have to mix Butter with Bhaji on your plate before eating.
It's good that you went with recommendations for food. The dishes you tried are the authentic Mumbai dishes originated either in Mumbai or some other parts of Maharashtra. Daily vada pav sale must be in thousands. The Vada pav seller was not telling his daily sale to hide it from tax authorities. There are many instances when tax authorities raided some of these famous sellers for understating their sale. Once they even counted dishes thrown in trash bins nearby😂

Modak is a traditional dish in Maharashtra, from where I belong in India.❤ Indeed Vada Pav is sometimes referred as Indian burger. It is a potato ball/patty and not a dumpling. I guess they might be selling around 5000 in a day😅 Pav Bhaji aren’t spicy ever, if it’s spicy then it is definitely not the authentic. You had an authentic one. ❤
Hajiali is really good, but very expensive.. You can get 3 separate glasses of Mango, Strawberry and Kiwi in any other fruit juice shop for the same price.

And giving out that information can put them under radar of the income tax department and the all such money related authorities. Such incidents have happened in the past where several “street vendors” were making enough to own 3-4 bungalows, but didn’t pay income tax saying they merely earn anything. 😂

Strawberry and kiwi are exotic fruits in india. That's why it's expensive. Otherwise juices will not cost more than 100 at all.
