Pro tip for spicy curries: In addition to eating them with yogurt, you can ask restaurant staff for a lemon wedge, which they often provide at no extra cost. Squeezing the lemon into the curry before eating not only reduces the spiciness but also enhances the overall flavor. This is a common practice at our home for enjoying spicy curries.

From the next time whenever you will have kachori or anything like that please make sure to have any juice or drink along with it. Basically the drink helps to cool down the hotness of the spices. Enjoy your meal and have a good time.
Raita is not a dessert. It is used as cooling down the spiciness in Indian food. Papad is a side dish that is required to be eaten in between food bites. FYI
Nearly four decades ago I had Paneer Pulao and Alu Gobi at LMB and I still remember the taste. Our other low profile but high quality restaurant was Musafir Khana at Sanganeri gate (near Zoo). For Chinese food our favourite spot was Golden dragon.
Alo Gobi is also widely liked in Pak. But paneer currries and pulao r not cooked here. I never ever eat any paneer rice or paneer curry. I dont know whether paneer becomes as tasty as potatoes after being cooked with spices or not. I don't know wether paneer absorb taste of our lovely sub contient spices or not while being cooked.
@@muhammadtahir4779 I guess paneer is more popular in India cause its mainly used as a meat substitute in tikkas, biryanis, rolls etc for vegetarians ( about 30-% of the population). However there are stand alone paneer dishes like Palak Paneer and Paneer Makkhanwala which are quite popular too. Its softer than a potato and contains more protein.

Ok my friends, I will follow you on Facebook.. So lovely to meet you in Rajasthan, India, which is one of the biggest cities in India. I hope you loved Rajasthani foods. All the foods are so nice in India and they are cheap too comparing with Sri Lankan foods . I also had delicious Indian foods when I came to visit my relatives in South India near city Kerala

Everybody else in the world: Sa-Mo-Sa
These South Africans: Sa-Mooo-Sah/Sa-Mu-Sah 😂
Don't mix paneer with papad😅 . They are separate from birth 😂 to stomach
paneer nahi hai, besan ke gatte hain
Hahahha lol have you tried it? It's actually pretty good🤣
Papad have to eat independently 😊
Big fan guys!!! I would recommend you guys should visit Udaipur.
In rajasthan prominent breakfast meal is kachori served with chutney or aloo sabji as you mentioned, The other thing is poha.
I've seen many travel vloggers don't like indian spicy food and prefer pizza, burgers or their home country food , but you are different, you enjoy the local staple and traditional food of different places with great interest and appreciate it's taste ❤
Usually I don't comment on youtube videos but your videos have become drugs for me 😅
Welcome to Rajasthan guys I am from Jodhpur and I see all your Indian videos have fun guy's.

India is a nice country, very impressed !!!!
Hot and spicy, ideal Indian food at its best 💚
Laal maas is made from Maithani Chillies which are less on heat more of color and flavor, it brings out natural sugar out of chillies
Thoes clay glasses are only for one time use... someday you may get clay cups for chai (tea) and this clay things are only used for once...
