Pro tip for spicy curries: In addition to eating them with yogurt, you can ask restaurant staff for a lemon wedge, which they often provide at no extra cost. Squeezing the lemon into the curry before eating not only reduces the spiciness but also enhances the overall flavor. This is a common practice at our home for enjoying spicy curries.

Their main temple is in Rajasthan. 13 course and you can ask for a refill 'n' number of times. Yoghurt curries go well with rice instead of Bread.
Kachori should be served with Tamarind + Date chutney, Mint Chutney, and curd (optional), and Samosa with sweet/sour and Mint chutney. Of course, with fried or boiled salted green chillies. Maybe they have a counter for these where you can pick it up as per your taste but I think you missed it :) Remember the next time :)
They eat at Rawat Mishthan Bhandar, this is their delicacy to not serve the chutney or anything with their kachori and samosa because they claim that their items should be eaten without chutney and still they taste as good as with chutney.

You should visit Rajasthan if you have interests for fort..it is biggest state of India as well as the home to most numbers of forts in India. And there's a lot about Rajasthan i can't explain in this single comment.. Beautiful flaura like desert as well as aravalli hill ranges which separate whole Rajasthan in two parts..west and east.. Western part is desert whereas eastern part is somehow green.. because of the rain it recieves because of hills..but the scenes from those hills are amazing..it also effect the fauna in both sides..so you would find a lot of lakes in eastern part. Nearly four decades ago I had Paneer Pulao and Alu Gobi at LMB and I still remember the taste. Our other low profile but high quality restaurant was Musafir Khana at Sanganeri gate (near Zoo). For Chinese food our favourite spot was Golden dragon.
Alo Gobi is also widely liked in Pak. But paneer currries and pulao r not cooked here. I never ever eat any paneer rice or paneer curry. I dont know whether paneer becomes as tasty as potatoes after being cooked with spices or not. I don't know wether paneer absorb taste of our lovely sub contient spices or not while being cooked.
@@muhammadtahir4779 I guess paneer is more popular in India cause its mainly used as a meat substitute in tikkas, biryanis, rolls etc for vegetarians ( about 30-% of the population). However there are stand alone paneer dishes like Palak Paneer and Paneer Makkhanwala which are quite popular too. Its softer than a potato and contains more protein.

Raita is not a dessert. It is used as cooling down the spiciness in Indian food. Papad is a side dish that is required to be eaten in between food bites. FYI
They don’t actually reuse the Kulhad (Clay cup) for tea. It would be a lot more trouble for them to wash and reuse them since they are fragile. Its easier for the vendor to just recycle them since those are super cheap.
That's Curd and Not Yoghurt. Curd is made by naturally curling milk or sometimes adding a dash of lime. Yoghurt is not made the same way. So technically both are made in slightly different ways.

In eastern part you would find national reserves for tigers and birds.
By the way I am also from Rajasthan.😀
My recommendation for you to go to "Udaipur" in Rajasthan.
That's a beautiful city or lakes.. it's also known as city of lakes.
Udaipur ya Jaipur konsa best hai?
@@morningstar7845 udaipur for lakes..bohot sundar city ha..
city of lakes ♥️
Jaipur toh capital bhi ha..vaha sidha airport se bhi Jaa sakte ho.
Bakii forts kr liye Jaipur jao.
Jaipur bhi accha ha(Pink City)
Vase forts toh aapko pure Rajasthan me mil jayenge..
Par Jaipur bada shehar vaha kafhi kuch ha dekhne ko.
Ja Sako toh dono jagah jao..
But lakes acchi lagti ha toh pahli recommdation udaipur ha..bohot sundar lakes ha ♥️
Or jaipur bhi bohot sundar shehar ha..
or bohot bada or phala hua ha..bade bade ghar😅🤣.. specifically agar aap delhi mumbai jaise jagah se ho toh..😅😂
I am just joking bura mat manana..
Btw ma Alwar district se hu..
Mere district me bhangarh (bhutiya Killa), sariska national park(tiger, leapord) or kafhi lakes or hilly forest area ha dekhne ko..apne "karun Arjun" dekhi ha kya uski shooting bhi yahi Hui thi.
Or agar aapko deserts me interest ha toh bikaner, Jaisalmer or ajmer kaise western states ki taraf dekho.
@@morningstar7845 or ha specifically mor (peacock)🦚
Aapko bohot dekhne ko milenge purre Rajasthan me..vo yaha bohot normal ha..♥️🙏🏻
@@eliminator2847 thanks for the great explanation. Yes I want to see forts. I also want to see the places where Rajputs fought with Mughals and their forts.
@@morningstar7845 Bhai fort ke liye hi mashoor ha Rajasthan..🙏🏻♥️
Sabse jyada forts or canons(topp) milenge apko..
Par kafhi log ke dimag me bollywood me ek stereotype bhar diya ha ki Rajasthan pura desert ha..🙃
Brother, right now I am in UAE but before 7 months I was Jaipur city... I stayed there and working.... Those people who walking on the road, they are going to Khatu Shyam baba ji..which is 100km from Jaipur.. A semi God who got blessed from Lord Krishna in Mahabharata War time and Khatu Shyam baba gave his Head for Pandava's Victory and after the Maga Bharat war Lord Krishna blessed him to became Famous with the name of "Shyam" and serve people by fulfilling their wishes...
Handi Restaurant on MI Road and you traveled here by electric rikshaw from Rawat sweet... Rikshaw people Fooled you... This place so close.. No need to go Chandpole...
They will not use clay pot again...

Food is an art. Indian food is Fine art.
Raita is not a dessert. It is used as cooling down the spiciness in Indian food. Papad is a side dish that is required to be eaten in between food bites. FYI
TIP: In any THALI you get an unlimited refill of whatever you like so don't hesitate to ask for more.

I've seen many travel vloggers don't like indian spicy food and prefer pizza, burgers or their home country food , but you are different, you enjoy the local staple and traditional food of different places with great interest and appreciate it's taste ❤
Usually I don't comment on youtube videos but your videos have become drugs for me 😅
