They only performed between 2006-2018 and I remember downloading this song from Kazaa Lite in the early 2000s (mislabelled as Weird Al Yankovic as all parody songs in those days were). Also Revenge of the Sith came out in 2005. I am pretty sure this song was released either between 1999's Phantom Menance and 2002's Attack of the Clones. Or between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. Pretty Fly for a White Guy came out in 1998 so I'm guessing this song came out in early 2002. That sounds about right compared to my memory. Which raises the question. If it wasn't Axis of Awesome then who wrote and performed this song?

there's no rule saying you HAD to use only ep 1 scenes.. you really should've used a shot of Vader for the "First there was Darth Vader" line. but otherwise, good video :)
