Fun fact: Tuskan Raiders had "slug throwers," which were literally just muskets. Bullets existed, but due to blaster tech being discovered super early, tech like brass casings never saw intergalactic use.
Also, Force Heal has only ever been a thing in non-canon games. Jedi can speed up the body's natural healing process so a wound can heal within a day as opposed to a week, but it's confined within the limits of biology and VERY exhausting to do.
If Force Heal was actually a thing, then Anakin never would have felt the need to turn to the dark side.

My favourite part - not-so-tragic tale of the Chosen One - Anakin Skywalker AKA Darth Vegetable the Unhinged with anger issues, violent thoughts, taste for guns, and who commited at least 500 war crimes with his padawan BEFORE his fall to Dark Side.
