Nothing specific; some of my customers use my existing punch tools for black powder, but I'm not familiar enough with those firearms to make any specific to them.
I purchased this set a couple of years ago. Awesome product. It served me well for many years. I damage the punched. Do you sell just the punch for 12ga.
I wish I did... I mostly design the tools and contract out production. It's really difficult to find manufacturers willing to do small volume production though (100 or units at a time) so I may have to purchase one at some point.
Saving money on 410 is my thing so I'd be interested in a wad cutter for that. I buy 12 gauge target loads for $7 a box, then pull them apart and make reloaded 410. I can reuse everything accept the 12 gauge wad and hull. I get 25 rounds of 410 at a cost of about $3.50 per box instead of $16 at the store.
Okay I just got to say this up front how can I get one of those I shoot the Lee 7/8 slug the key slug and I've never used card in my wads get stuck on the bottom of the slug and they whistle as they go down range so I need something to make me some cards love your video
Hey Tim, I'm so sorry for not responding to this sooner; UA-cam continues to 'eat' half my email notifications so I didn't receive it. Been renovating the upstairs this week and just signed into UA-cam now and see 30+ notifications! I'll be selling these at some point, I just want to finish testing a second style of punch for harder materials.
TATV Canada sounds awesome and I know what you mean about the UA-cam not giving the notices there about 2 months ago I was only getting like 25% of my notices
There will be an announcement of some kind when the 12G and 20G are ready but things are progressing much slower than I'd like. 16G and 28G are probably the least likely to happen as there has been virtually no interest in them.
Thanks very much. I actually shot some new footage last week with two kinds of cork, foam and bristol board but I've been sick for like four days and haven't had any voice left to do the speaking part yet. It should be up this weekend.
Nice , I use 20 gauge 1/8 " nitro cards under my Lee slugs . Have you tried the material that the nitro cards are made from ? I'm not sure what the material even is , just know that is very hard .
I've tried the same thing with great results. I think it's some kind of ultra-compressed carboard/fiberboard. Corrugated cardboard works pretty well and is obviously very cheap. For the situations where I really want something that won't compress, I'm going to try cork.
It's like a super-compressed fiber board. I was out shopping today looking for some but haven't had any luck. I did get some cork, foam and felt that I'll be trying though.
Final pre-production model ships tomorrow actually. Once final testing is complete I believe the 12G will go into production shortly thereafter. I'm not going to rule a 28G out, but so far I haven't received much interest in that particular gauge. If enough people want one I'd produce it, but generally the feedback I've gotten so far is 12G or 20G.
Hi Brett, I am planning to but I want to test/trial one more style of punch to see how it performs with harder material like pressed-fiber and plastic.
Excellent! I just received confirmation from the manufacturer that it should be delivered this coming Wednesday, so with any luck I'll be doing the testing/review of it on the following weekend and planning orders.
Have you ever tried making a set up to cut pillow ticking patches for muzzle loaders? You have some good ideas, thank you.

Not really as they're produced in sets, but if you're really in a pinch I may be able to scrounge one up.
Oh! Please please please....make one for .410!! Still my all time favorite.
They are in 410, just limited number available.
Tools like this save money over time. Good video.
Yes, this particular tool will pay for itself in very short order as I use a LOT of filler wads and overshot cards.
Cool, really nice setup. I had tried plug cutters but they don’t work. Just got some hollow punches that I’m going to try next
That would be very helpful for reloading full bore diameter foster slugs. I take it that you have a lathe?

I know a reputable company in the States

Rifles First yeah he's a pretty good fellow I just kind of intrigued by that punch he made that's pretty cool

Please let me know when you make the 20 and 16.

I can only imagine the time I would save with the amount of reloading that I do. Put me down for a 20 and 12 gauge. Can you ship to the US?
What is made of fiber wads
Sorry I don't understand the question.
@@TATVCanadaI mean. FBER WADS/It's made of what it is، and if it's not، it's going to be replaced.
Simple and effective. Awesome!
Thanks, LoB!
Very nice looking forward to getting when up for sale
Thanks very much. I actually shot some new footage last week with two kinds of cork, foam and bristol board but I've been sick for like four days and haven't had any voice left to do the speaking part yet. It should be up this weekend.
Great looking forward hope you feel better
Thanks, mate.
How and where do I go to order for the 12 gauge unit ?
Www.tatvcanada.com will be available again by next week as we migrate payment processors.

I've been looking for a DIY nitro card solution that's comparable to the retail offerings, but haven't found anything.
It's like a super-compressed fiber board. I was out shopping today looking for some but haven't had any luck. I did get some cork, foam and felt that I'll be trying though.
Well, if and when my testing is complete I'll likely have these for sale.
Psyko Klown If the material was available wouldn't a 5/8 hole saw work ?
Looking for 20 gauge punch and r1p
Www.tatvcanada.com
Any progress on selling these? Thinking I need one in 28 ga.. 9/16"

Where can I get one ? Please send me information !!!
You can email me at greg@tacticaladvantage.ca
Good design
Nice I'll have to use my laser and cut out a bunch and try that.
Laser!? You should just be shooting the laser!
how do I get one of these
Currently they're still in the development phase, however I just started producing my final prototype so it shouldn't be too much longer.
Are they for sale yet
Yes indeed they are. You can email me at greg@tacticaladvantage.ca for details.
What is the diameter of this punch ?
It's the same diameter as the inside of a 12G shotshell wad if that helps. I don't have my CAD files in front of me but I *think* it's .650"
10 gauge please. I use six overshot cards per load in my double barrel 10
Sorry I don't make anything in 10, 16 or 28g. Just not enough demand.
Do you sell these wad cutters?
Hi Brett, I am planning to but I want to test/trial one more style of punch to see how it performs with harder material like pressed-fiber and plastic.
Do u sell these
Www.tatvcanada.com
Are you still planning on selling these?
Had to have the final sample made up a second time after problems with the most recent manufacturing. Hoping to have it in hand next week.
Sounds great I'm definitely interested when they're ready
Excellent! I just received confirmation from the manufacturer that it should be delivered this coming Wednesday, so with any luck I'll be doing the testing/review of it on the following weekend and planning orders.
I'll be making an official announcement next week likely, but it looks like the final design is going to be approved.
