Nothing wrong with Whey concentrate....ofc it does have noticeably more calories, but it's still good esp for its price

@@JoeySuggs Yup. Really enjoy watching your grocery shopping series. The US really has a lot of great grocery stores with healthy options. Here in the Philippines almost nothing is pre-packed and we have to buy stuff after the vendor weighs them packs them for us. No greek yogurt and cottage cheese here. Fat free cheese is expensive as well. Diet coke is the only option I can find here while in your video series there's a lot of options for 0 calorie sodas. A lot of healthy options in the US, so it's kinda weird how obesity is a problem there.
In case you're curious...a lot of fresh seafood, green vegetables and tropical fruits are cheap and always available. I eat mostly fish (Milkfish, Pacific Skipjack Tuna and Tilapia), some chicken breast, beef liver, squid and shrimp for proteins (i'm allergic to chicken eggs sadly). Bananas and mangoes are my go to fruits. Sugar apples, water apples and pineapples if they're available. Avocado, coconut oil and home made peanut butter for my fats. Main source of carbs is rice, some white bread, potatoes, sweet potatoes, oats occasionally. For canned food I go for corned beef, tuna and sardines/mackerel. I do have a seller here for $6 per 1kg/2.2lbs of soy protein isolate which is nice.

The burger was SOLID! The lemon piccata had really good flavor but was definitely pretty watery so idk if I would get it again!

What are your thoughts on the frozen salmon at Costco? I tried the Cod and will probably go for Mahi Mahi next time, but I haven't gotten the salmon.

I just recently started a caloric deficit with healthy foods and now struggle to eat enough calories a day is that normal? It's like it such low calories that you can eat so much food and hardly even affect your Calorie count
I get what your saying for sure, you can always add some healthy fats into the mix like nuts or meats with more fat and it dramatically increase your overall calories for almost no more volume!
I FEEL YOU. SAME WITH ME. I DDNT HAVE AN ISSUE MEETING CALS AT FIRST BUT NOW I CAN'T EVEN GET TO MY CALORIE GOAL. I BE LIKE 500+ CALS OFF EVERYDAY. I GET WHAT JOEY SAYS ABOUT THE HEALTHY FATS BUT IF YOU DO TOO MCH OF THAT YOU GO OVER YOUR FAT GOALS AND THEN DON'T MEET YOUR OTHER MACROS.
