It's awesome that you found a food prep style that works for you! Good for you man. A little too much prepackaged food for me personally though. The macros and calories may fit your goals, but if you look at the quality for the ingredients in them, they're not the greatest. They are convenient, but a lot of that food is just "warming up" not recipes
Agreed, since I’ve found some more recipes that are easy and prepped before hand too👌

Bro those Panko breaded chicken breast tenderloins are phenomenal in the air fryer Joey you gotta pick them up my guy.. they haven’t had them at the Costco near me for the last few weeks but I’m telling you incredible macros and awesome to make a lettuce wrapped buffalo chicken sandwich or any sandwich with, over some pasta and sauce or whatever you want really, per serving they are - 4oz = 210cals/ 9g Fat/ 13g carbs and 20g Protein

it may show 0, but its because legally companies can round down with smaller calorie counts.
with the serving size over a couple hundred servings,
its the way to go around the system.

great haul, but be careful eating that hidden valley ranch! it may taste great and have 0 cals, but it has a crap ton of MSG and Maltodextrin which are some of the worst ingredients out there imo. cheers

Yessss HTY beef jerky is my favorite! They have other flavors too, if you like spicy, they have spicy + sweet beef jerky. Stay away from their pork jerky though, don’t recommend

The turkey eggwhich are way too expensive. You get like 6 for $12-$15 or something? You can make 12 for way less than that lol The Bare Chicken nuggets are the best. The Mediterranean chicken skewers are great - until you get a big bite of fat/gristle and then I can’t bring myself to buy them anymore 😭 I also hated those mixed veggies, they taste like oil and char yuck.
- I miss the frozen turkey burgers and chicken burgers :(

There's a lot more than just macros to look at when reading that nutrition label.. a lot of those products you snagged have some god awful oils/preservatives/gums and emulsifiers... read the full ingredients for that Impossible Burger. I wouldn't even classify it as actual "food". Good video, but I think you could've done a bit more.
