- On the first episode of Cusina Local, we will visit the legendary keeper of Kapampangan cuisine, Atching Lillian Borromeo. Known for being meticulous, and particular in her kitchen, this legend became popular for promoting authentic “lutong kapampangan”.
Join her as she share her family's heirloom recipe that is close to her heart. Enjoy!
Sana all chefs ma-feature sa Localife, especially Kapampangan chefs like Chef Claude Tayag, Chef Sau del Rosario and Chef Gene Gonzalez.
The way the kitchen looks made me nostalgic. My grandma’s kitchen were filled with palayok and kahoy and that wooden spatula😍 made in kawayan and niyog😍
That's awesome

Pampanga is the culinary capital of the Philippines.
💕🤗💖kanyaman
Aching lilian is a legend in pampanga culinary 😉
Gusto ko yung palayok na kawali. Meron pa kaya nabibili na ganyan sa Bulacan?
Bakit nawala po yung ligang pasku video?
From the legend herself...
Ang easy lang pala. No need to order from toll haus anymore 😅
Lol 😂
Sa mga nakakaalam po patulong. Ano ho gamit niyang kawali?
According to Atching Lillian, talyasi ang tawag sa ginamit niyang lutuan.
@@ChefTatung Thank you Atching Lilian at Simpol. Mukha kasing bihira nalang sa merkado at interesado din ako history niyan.
Edit: Gusto ko lang matuto.
@@marlonadtoon5652 talyasi is local term actually for a kawali. That kind of kawali is made from clay. Have you heard of clay pots? Looks like it.
@@Ruby-sy7tr I see it's made from clay. Yes Ihave heard of it but not sure if it was clay. I guess it is very rare in this times. Only nanay Atching has one and a few individuals maybe.
@@marlonadtoon5652 try to look on shopee or lazada sir. I bet there are still sellers who sells this. 😊
This is basically KFC'S Famous Bowl lol
Very underwhelming
