    Gagawa yang makanyan ing meangu bie kung Apu pero impella ing pambalut na. Gagamitan na ebun itik, el rey a chorizo ampong marca pina a queso de bola. No other brand of chorizo or queso de bola will do para kaya. Pag tikman mu ne man sauce na. Dios ko po balamu maki tabang talangka ya pero ala ya. Aliwa la talagang mag lutu reng Capampangan. Alang kalupa, alang kasing nyaman.

    Ang ginagawa ko morcon karne ng baka pinapa slice ko ng malapad sa palengke at dun ko binabalot ang mga sangkap same procedure din ng pagluluto mas masarap kasi pag karne ng baka ang morcon

    I learned something new: huwag maglagay ng pampaasim sa mixture like vinegar, kung gagamit ng aluminum foil na pambalot.

    Chef Atching maraming salamat po sa sineshare ninyo heirloom recipes ninyo. Di po ba kayo nangangamba na may mangogopya ng style ninyo tapos i claim nila na galing sa mga ninuno nila at sila ang original? More power po sa inyo and more health.

      Hindi naman. Bahala na si Lord sa kanila 😅 but seriously, my advocacy has always been to share the authentic and traditional ways of how dishes are prepared. I love to teach and impart to others what was also passed on to me. I believe that by doing so I am able to help in preserving our heritage and culture.

    di po ba sya embutido? kasi ground pork sya at ini steam sya for an hour,..ang morcon naman po ay thin slice of beef na may stuff syang chorizo liver pork fat at carrots na pag niluluto po sya ay priniprito muna saka iluluto na sya sa sauce hangang sa lumambot
