Tried the steak Diane for the first time. Never made it before, nor have I eaten it. It was the most amazing thing I ever had! Thank you for posting these cooking videos, my confidence in the kitchen is much better!!
You are doing it daily, still you say ' oooooh'. That says all that how much you enjoy cooking. You mentioned once, ' many people, and cooking, and enjoy the smell'. God bless you jack

this is real world real chef life right here. get it how you live it. forget all those network produced shows, this guy and his channel are the real deal authentic business.
I'll have to wait and make this in the winter so I can open the doors and windows to let out the smoke. I live in Florida and open doors in the summer = no bueno.
Going to do a Prime rib eye and eggs today for the new rescue dog and me....here in the Dallas area, yes to outside cooking, indirect cook, then a hot charcoal sear, both sides for ultimate flavor....Peace ✌️
Tasty looking dish, Jack, but where's the garlic and Worcestershire sauce? I don't have mushrooms in mine, either, but some lightly browned ones could go nicely. Might have to give them a try. Love the way you cook though, nice and simple. Thanks for what you do.
I priced those little baby purple onions (shallots?) at walmart the other night. A handful was the same price as a big bag of onions. I had to pass on that for now. But I did buy a loose purple onion for sixty cents and a bag of green onions for fifty cents. I'm not good enough for shallots yet.
I love this guy because he cook fresh, but! Dishes that come out from the cook should always look vibrant colorful and appetizing and not just taste good Add the green onion as a tasteful garnish at the end.
Love watching jack cook. No frills and none of that yaka-d-yak nonsense that other cooking introduction videos have like when the cook has to show and talk about every ketchup, salt container, egg, that they use in their recipe... we all know what an egg looks like, thank you! Lol
I really love watching this guys videos. He is just very likable and makes awesome looking food. Cheers.
RIP
@@rhysthomas2876 He's dead now - appreciate what you have. Daddy Jack was a phenomenon unto his own - RIP brother.

I love your culinary tips just as much as your recipes.
Pure heaven. All one needs is some fries to soak up the sauce.
The tongue works as well!
"Never trust a skinny cook"!
Never!!!
Jaja, best comment. True.

Always hungry after your videos! Thanks for teaching me new recipes.
you get the views cause you the man
R.I.P. Daddy Jack,,, you are a great chef but a greater man,,,, 👍✌👍
That butter is burnt, not brown. You need to start the steak with a neutral oil that has a high smoke point.
Needs some clarified butter
Also one of my favorites. Made many of those dishes.. Awesome. Jack.
im a cook who had been studying all your videos!! thank you i have cook many places.. but i have taken alot in.. and because of your plates i have added new items and you JACK have been showing me.. thank you

Jack never takes his eyes off the plate of food when others are tasting the food. I get a kick out of that. RIP Jack.
So glad you guys popped up on my search
Wow watching this reminds me of the chef that taught me how to cook
Jack, it looks like you move the steak through the caramelized bits stuck to the bottom of the pan preventing them from burning... great technique.
So many hateful comments the farther down you go. Try making this yourself before commenting on how it looks. It is absolutely delicious
All the older comments about how 'great' it looks and the newer comments about contamination
Yeah, you can see how quickly we're deteriorating into cynicism. Only a few years. I wonder where it will end up?
Giggitygoo that’s so true. People are a lot worse now than a few years ago
it’s 2019; somehow eventually someone will call him a racist
I can't wait to try it. Great Job. Thanks for posting. Keep Em Coming.

Nice! And that 2.5 million BTU stove, wow!
The luminaries of New London know where to go
All I lack is veal stock and an industrial hood fan.
Dammit.
Knock it out on the barbecue and beef stock would suffice.....

Gordon Ramsay would shit out a turtle if he walked in to this place haha

A serious question...why does everything he cooks have that grey color?
Arthur C he adds heavy cream to like 80% of his sauces/dishes
Because you suck!
