Analysis from huge fan: The fact of the matter is since Tony couldn’t get along with Wayne while he was alive and refused to play with him until his death, it’s definitely a little weird they would get the band together after he died. Some think they shouldn’t have. I’m sure they were sad afterward and wanted to finish things their way and get some closure. But once again, Tony didn’t want to play with him while he was alive. And was Wayne perfect, yes lol, but absolutely not, everyone knows Tera’s influence on him and his infatuation with her was just plain unhealthy due to their addictive personalities. The drinking was always excessive (“Shots!” Is something you heard often throughout a Static concert, yet he continued to play perfectly the whole time lol). But then he started to take her pills. Wayne needed someone who had their head screwed on tighter. As an enormous Static X fan, in 2009 or so I was confused as hell to see his new wife dancing on stage half naked during the show. I thought it detracted from the music and was just weird. I liked the Static X concerts I’d been to before that one, where there wasn’t a half naked chick acting a fool on stage during the music. Music was still awesome tho. It’s no wonder all of that caused problems between Wayne and the other band members eventually. So Wayne eventually goes and does his own thing and then he dies. It’s a sad situation however you look at it. At first, I thought this wasn’t right to get the band together without Wayne, but in the end, who am I to say. Static X will forever be one of my favorite bands and I love all those guys, Wayne, Tony, Koichi, Nick who I liked best on drums, Ken, and even though it’s nothing close to Wayne like some of the other people have commented, it’s better than nothing. So in the end, if people are enjoying it, and it’s helping the guys get some closure, I’m all for it. I’d like there to be more mention of Wayne during the show and more images of Wayne, cause while he wasn’t the sole rights owner of the name Static X, he was the looks and the sounds and heavily featured writer of the band. The mask idea while controversial to some is honestly pretty cool. I think we all wish things could have been different and Wayne was still around. It’s important to become aware of, accept nonjudgementally, face your feelings, know why you’re feeling them, and strive towards strength, love, and positivity, rather than ignoring your feelings and acting on external desires to cover them up or chase a fleeting happiness. This includes drugs, but also seeking it through a relationship with someone as well. A relationship can be completing if your mind is in the right place. Your happiness has to come from within. Wayne was an awesome dude and person and amazing musician and we all miss him a lot. The band touring without him is a reminder of that.
Tony is gonna realize if he hasnt already that he is gonna regret reuniting with Wayne before he passed. And this is as close as he will get to reconciling with Wayne.....ever

I heard that as soon as "Push It" ended that there was a stampede to get out of the venue & to the parking lot. BTW - that ZON Legend 5 string bass is around $6000+ depending on how it is configured. Had two of them & they are the best. All composite neck - -no wood (only the body is wood). Plus Joe Zon is the friendliest nicest guy that ever owned a guitar or bass guitar company. He makes you feel like you are as important as Billy Gould (Billy has a Zon signature model - the Sonus BG4).

Dope doing a great job!
Still damn good. Rest in respect, Wayne. 🤘
Idk, but there definitely wasn't any stampede to get out of the venue
Was a great show 🤘
It was indeed🤘
@@RailRidersUnited thank you for posting this. I been wanting to see static x on UA-cam but no one was posting this tour so thank you. I’m seeing them in Vegas in august and in Phoenix next March 🤘
@@keithg5187 I'll see em again August 6th in Iowa myself. And your very welcome
I knew wayne way back in the early 80's I hired him and his band for their first paying gig they were a 3 piece band and did stuff no other bands were doing, The Police, Gary Myric plus some more main stream stuff. we went to a party one night after they playede and there was another band wanting to hire him to sing for them but he was telling me he didnt know if he was good enough I just laughed and told him you have a great voice a profesional voice never thought it would have been this kind of music but he was certainly a talented musician and an even better person

I saw the last concert they did in Minneapolis before Wayne died. Epic show.
