Nobody put a gun to his head and told him to gamble everything away. I doubt she even made him start gambling, he definitely couldn't take no accountability nd just wanted someone to blame for his own problems.
The whole rant is stupid and totally confusing. He blames his ex or his job for everything. He could leave her ... he could quit his job. He could do anything other then shoot up a place with innocent people. Then this "I'm normally not on this no sucker sh*t" ... what? Hope he's doing good in hell.

Susan Klebold did a Ted talk about “not seeing the signs.” It’s crazy how much she ignored.
She also said eric and dylan weren't best friends, they spent everyday together before the massacre.
More than ignored, she’s in straight detail. And she was warned for years by others about her son. Police reports and incidents were filed, they found a friggin pipe bomb in her garage - and her narrative is “this could’ve happened to anyone” essentially saying anyone’s kid can become a mass shooter and there’s nothing that can be done. Robert Godwin, Sr's murder happened when I was in college, I remember watching the video of the shooting and it was probably the first time I'd seen graphic footage like that completely uncensored. It was something that really resonated with me at how someone could live up to 74 and cruelly lose their life in cold blood live on the internet for no reason. He didn't even have a chance to react to what was happening. Even more was when the family came out and publicly forgave the killer for what had just happened. And the narrative was that the family was coping and could not have actually truly forgiven someone for doing something so heinous (thought the family cited that they were Christians and that their father would have not wanted them to harbor a grudge, IIRC). A bit of a tangent, but yeah, this one always bothers me. Mans could have been my grandpa and something like that would devastate me. :(
Rest in peace Robert Godwin, Sr, shouldn't ever have been taken before your time.
Godwin was an innocent soul that only decide to take a walk in the wrong place at the wrong time. I hope he will always be remembered with love by his family.
Yeah that video really fucked me up when I seen it, really made me lose trust in any stranger I've ever came across. Knowing that some stranger for no reason at all could just come up and kill you. Fucked up world man.
I remember reading an article detailing Robert’s life after his murder, he was a quite and kind guy, iirc a WW2 vet, and the one thing that stuck out to me the most was that he had went around his neighborhood collecting trash or scrap metal at his local junkyard and building art sculptures with them. I feel horrible for his family for not only losing their father/grandfather but also his final moments were broadcasted and spread across the internet. Rest in Peace Robert Godwin Sr, and we hope your life is celebrated/remembered instead of only how it ended.

I remember seeing the Shauiby video around the time it happened and it's always traumitized me the way the mom walked in and found him the way she did. I sometimes think about that video and I think it was the first time a shock video legitamately got to me. I can watch horrible videos and never think about them again, but something about the Shauiby one really got to me. Didn't even know the kid's name but now that I do I might have to rewatch the video and try to put some of that trauma to rest now that I'm a little older and can hopefully process it better. Thanks Tom.
I think the reason the mothers reaction gets to people so much, is because lots of us are desensitized to death, even our own death in the case of people who sadly want to end it. But we are not desensitized to peoples grief over death, and the consequences of it. This I hope brings people to realize that when you do what he did, you leave behind people who care about you, even those who think they are all alone, have people in their life who care about them.
thats one thing that always bugs me about many suicidal people: they dont really seem to think about the people they leave behind or how their death will affect them. I had a great-uncle who ate a shotgun in his yard and his kids had to do the clean up, and i had a friend who hung himself in his families home in the bathroom leaving his parents to remove his body and scarring his younger brother for life.

By far, this is the most terrifying video you've made. There's nothing more scary than slowly losing your mind
The most disturbing part of Ricardo’s suicide was that for a split second after he pulled the trigger, you could see the top of his head bulge out for a brief moment. The bullet didn’t go through him and it pushed his brain meat upwards through his skull and didn’t penetrate out of his head. Funnily enough, when i was in my darkest moment and was very close to take drastic actions due to past trauma that i hadn't told to anyone about. I met someone who shared something similar to what i had gone through but way less extreme, and in a moment of weakness, i hinted to what i had gone through and they laughed in my face thinking i was making a joke. Even though the first time i ever opened up was met with ridicule, hearing someone laugh at my pain somehow flipped a switch in my brain that told myself that it wasn't as bad as i was making it out to be.
That maybe, i could handle it after all. I think back on that moment quite often and how lucky i was that i took it the way i did. But sometimes being met with the worst reaction possible in a scenario can make us snap out of the mind lock we've ended up in.
Years later and i can now talk openly about everything i experienced in the past, and to think it all came from one person laughing at my only cry for help.
I guess for context in case anyone wonders, the guys quoted some picture about losing your girlfriend saying something along the lines of "Right now she's breathing in someone's elses bed" and i asked "What if she's not breathing anymore?" and he thought i was making a joke about having killed her myself and was laughing about how incel i sounded. That was the first time i had ever referenced anything about her to anyone.
Ricardo explained the facepaint in the final tape.
It was so that the person who found his body wouldn't immediately recognise him to help soften the impact of any potential trauma or shock.

i watched the ricardo lopez saga back in 2010 and was stunned back then at how advanced folks were even in the days where internet wasnt what it is today. vlogging wasnt super common until the 2010s but was around on MySpace and early UA-cam in the 2000s, and while it wasnt discussed nearly as much in the past compared to today many still did in the 2000s. Please do a part 2 to this if you can. Its a very interesting topic and I like your commentary style.
As a high-school junior who's had threats in my school and shootings near my school, it's honestly terrifying. I've had many lives taken out of mine, and I'm still in mourning. Dylan and Eric definitely needed more help. Yes, they did make an infamous shooting that fueled the fire for many teens and kids to start their murderous rampages, but this is what therapy is for. Susan should've known, the signs were in her face. She should've been more close and observant. I'm in between being pissed at them for what they did, but also feeling bad for them for what could've been. The small emotions that they gave were definitely something, to say the least. It's not known if they were real, or just to get pity. Dylan knew that he had a great life paved for him, but he let other things take the wheel and stop him. Klebold was found out to have a psychotic, Messiah complex. Harris couldn't be saved either way. Harris was simply a cold-blooded killer. If they had both not met, there could've been a possibility that Dylan could've changed or helped for the better.
High-school is hard, no doubts at all. The work, the constant lethargy, everything coming at you, all the while you have rude students that bully, harass, mock, and threaten others. It's really unnecessary what goes down inside the walls of a school, and if the parents knew, they would definitely be shocked or upset. It's very important to check in on students. I have a few friends who were even sexually assaulted/harassed by bullies at my school. Just a reminder to stay safe, report anything out of the ordinary.
I'm in highschool too and it's insane how many staff and teachers just DON'T take jokes or threats seriously, despite there being a stabbing in my sophomore year. When are people gonna learn to take things seriously and help people who need it?
Something is wrong with this younger generation because in the 80's nearly every truck in my schools and the surrounding schools parking lots had gun racks in the window with 2 or 3 shotguns in the truck without a single shooting or even a threat of one. It's not the guns it's the kids the past 20-30 years something has changed dramatically in society.

I watched Stephen's attack right after it happened and just seeing the still frames of it brought back some PTSD. I grew up on the internet, but nothing in life can make you totally comfortable with seeing that.
It’s one thing to commit a degenerate act. It’s another to literally film it.
It's pathetic
It's an act of great evil if you think about it.
I was just rewatching this channel and was running out of videos, thanks for the vid
The most disturbing part is the terrifyingly (bad) upscaled picture of dude as the thumbnail
damn this did numbers...
Anyone else bothered by the very ai generated thumbnail
my wife is leaving me for a man named estaban he wears the same tank top everyday
@@justinw1361das crazy
@@justinw1361U should also wear the same tank top.. maybe that's his secret?
AI Upscaled you mean?
It's just upscaled
I feel so bad for that old man, he looked like he was so sweet. :(
this video is getting you to the million mark! I feel like a proud, estranged, older brother. pre Congrats Tom.
Man, I don't know how you pump out these long ass videos, but I'm all for it! You grabbed my attention with your video on Chris Chan's history, which was sad and disturbing but covered almost every detail perfectly for when I'm at work. Don't push yourself too hard, and remember to take a break, lmao.
He has a team of editors now..he's a millionaire
This is a good format. Glad to see you releasing content like this.
thanks man
Why are you using an alt
I used to look at gore videos all the time. I can’t explain exactly why but it didn’t bother me too much (most times). Ever since I had my son, I care barely stomach it. Breaks my heart seeing people off themselves or hurt others.
I don't know anyone who has been helped by those hotlines, but I do know some for whom it made things worse. That includes myself.
I feel like I am being mocked anytime I see that shit. It's a way to handle people, so the normies think everything is fine. The world is run by sadists, social darwinism is the way, and Mammon is God.
I can't help but think the same whenever I see one of those hotlines.
I love these types of videos of yours, keep it up!
Bros out here making whole productions now. Massive respect to you Mr. Turkey Tom. I love your content.
Be careful brother, exposing yourself to this type of stuff is like dealing with radiation. If you aren’t careful, you could over expose yourself and could lead to negative things. Be easy be safe, I enjoy your perspective on things.
As someone who struggles with severe feelings of inadequacy and self confidence issues. People have no idea how much it can weigh on people. I am 7 years sober but I was addicted to heroin as well as crack for most of my life by the time I quit. One thing that it did was ruin my teeth. I'm actually a decent looking guy and I've always had ability to draw people in with my personality and just being myself. But about 15 years ago on Easter I broke 2 of my front teeth with a toothpick. They chipped in half basically and it made me very self conscious. Fast forward I have basically all my teeth chipped or broken along top. I haven't smiled with teeth in public in about 15 years and it's to point where I cant even talk without showing my teeth being broken. So I shell up and get very nervous. I cant imagine hurting people because of it. But I have at times let it make me very spiteful towards life in general and how I feel people perceive me or talk about me when I'm not around.
Dentures made me smile again.
RIP Shuaiby; I saw this when news about it first came out. I genuinely wish he’d gotten the help he so desperately needed.
Yep but he also traumatized his friends and family. He could have done it without looking for attention and traumatizing his family by making the video be online forever. I hardly feel bad at all. Also, a 4chan user and he sympathizes for a mass killer.
@@grungeisdead_94 he wasn’t right in the head. You can’t blame him for being depressed
@@grungeisdead_94Oh shut up. Youre just jealous he'll be remembered where you are dust in the wind.
@@KanamoriKamper yea but I can sure blame him for everything else lol
@@grungeisdead_94 like I said, he wasn’t right in the head. The mentally Ill don’t think straight. Had he gotten the treatment he needed, I’m sure he wouldn’t have done any of this. You have a really narrow minded way of thinking
ONE MILLION SUBSCRIBERS! GREAT JOB! YOU DESERVE IT!
6K from 1 mil. Very epic Tom. Congrats in advance.
Turkey Tom the type of guy to upload videos about homemade videos with disturbing backstories
ong
Stop making baseless rumors Tom would never do that 😡
Bro you're not gonna believe this but check the title of the video bro
I've been on the net since 2004 (the fun days of the internet) and have seen some evil sick stuff but watching the Ricardo Lopez tapes in their entirety left me with a hollow frightened feeling, not sure how to explain it. I will never forget that feeling. That guy was creepy for sure.
i've been in the net since birth
Not even close to upset about the hate Joy Lane received. Saying she loved him and what a great guy he was ..... Gotta have that sympathy at all times.
I just noticed today you hit a million subs. Congrats man, you earned it 🎉
thanks bro
@@TurkeyTom hi!
@@TurkeyTomLETS GOOOOO
I know for a fact tom will just say "we hit a million, cool, thanks." or something
The Ricardo Lopez story is so scary and so sad. By the end he was totally demented and had an evil plan, but before that you can see in his eyes how much mental pain he was in.
I just noticed the channel hit a million (and over) subs.
Congrats buddy!
man, the second case with Steve is EXACTLY why anyone working in mental health or helping those who are mentally ill, even just common therapists should be mandated to have counseling/therapy and a psychiatrist themselves and have it provided through their employer. Many do have it this way, but not everyone in that sector and it’s insane.
Can we have a Thanksgiving dinner together, huh Tom? 😢
Thanksgiving Tom
ill eat with you
Yeah let's do a raffle to see who gets tom for Thanksgiving
@gilfhound69 your not turkey tom
@@JJBblitzball whaaaaat!?! I had no idea 😭
I hate watching these videos, but I think it's important that I do. They make me upset, anxious, and frustrated, but the alternative is just being ignorant. I try to practice an appropriate level of empathy and reasonable detachment that's always being challenged by the horrible and deluded things these people do and say. I am feeling much more comfortable, though. I used to watch these videos and then get terrified to walk out at night or go to work in case some crazy dude showed up out of nowhere. But after steady exposure and a lot of thinking (and a lot of support from friends and family), I don't really feel all that scared anymore. It's still very hard to watch these videos, I have no idea how Tom makes them consistently without serious mental damage, but they've helped me confront a lot of horrible things and a lot of my own anxiety. Fear of these people don't stop me from going out and doing what I love anymore, and they don't stop me from seeing all the beautiful and wonderful people that exist in abundance.
I hope no one ever has to go through anything remotely similar to the tragedies Tom talked about, but the world is a wacky place. If someone comes up to you on some unhinged vibes, drop kick them.
That poor old man, im crying rn. There should be some sort of moderators online or codeowords within threatening posts to prevent terrible acts of violence that were stoppable if the post is seen.
This was a really good video. This might be your best video as a matter of fact. Perfect pacing and length . Not 10 hours long like you usually do. Interesting unknown topics.
The second dude is an example of what can happen with no positive male role model in your life. He blames all of his problems, including his gambling problem, on all of the women in his life. The only two people who truly cared about him. And him doing what he was doing at the end of it all was his way of 'lashing out' like a little kid picking a fight at school just to get noticed by mommy and daddy.
And dont get me started with the people trying to talk shit about her online afterwards. Those people are just pathetic. Even if she was the worst woman in the world (which shes not), how does him killing random people have anything to do with her?
Seriously those people commenting that it's her fault are so dumb
People don't like holding the appropriate person accountable. Which in his case was his own sick , entitled and weak *ss. He was evil. Only an evil sicko could do what he did. Yet he believed he was victim. You can't make this stuff up.
Joy lane ain’t even make him do that ish. That boy was gambling in his own then tried to blame everyone but himself for his actions. No accountability
Count Dankula made a video on Ricardo López a few years back were he showed a lot of clips from the videos López made leading up to what eventually happened and what was so surprising to me was how much he actually documented and how in a weird way it comes across as like youtube "vlogs" despite it being recorded in the 90's on a VCR camera. So unlike the first two people Tom talk about in this video, were the intent is to broadcast and show the internet in one way or another; it's unclear who López wants to document this for, apart from the police, since the tapes up until the "final" tape had been placed in his apartment with a message on the wall for the police to find them. The fact that all the tapes also did make their way to the internet, despite them not being in digital format is honestly kind of insane.
i love these types of vids from this awesome channel get this man to 1m!!!
Tom the type of guy to gag himself on accident while brushing his teeth, smile, and gag himself again.
I'm from Pennsylvania but went to technical college in Cleveland. I graduated in February 2016 but got accepted into another program that finished a few months later. I had just moved home a few weeks before the shooting happened and was scared for my friends because Noone knew where that guy was. I also live in the same town that the Randy stair shooting happened.
"exponentially worse".
Just about captured that moment quite perfectly.
Oh boy! This was totally good!
Old stories with new info!
Ricardo Lopez's autopsy showed he didnt have Klinefelter syndrome. in his video diary he says thinks he has it and that's why he looks the way he does. He only paints his face one time, on the day he kills himself. He states in the video that its so whomever finds him sees him as not quite human, a cartoon - hopefully making it easier on them emotionally.
Love it when tommy boy posts and helps me get through my dog shit 9-5
I enjoy the filter u put on klebold LMAOO
