Yes, and it is also interesting that the worst you could dig up on him is when he mocked someone for having their hair dyed several years ago. Just goes to show how much Grade has kept his nose clean throughout his career.
Grade was basically the first "pngtuber" I ever got into (even though it wasn't called that at the time). If we only get one video per year from him, hey, it's better than zero.
Bro the literal fact 39:57 got it done to him freaking twice, and he wasn't man enough to be all "alright bro that shit was kinda funny you got me" is god damn hilarious.
For me, it genuinely seemed like Grade went from being a nobody, to having millions of subscribers, to ruining his reputation all within the span of 2 months. I know it was probably longer than that, but it seemed to happen very quickly in my eyes.

Being a UA-cam poster boy sure must've been a magical thing for these type of guys, and I was once a fan of Grade until I dropped the flag in favor of Podel.
I think it's a big problem with fame in general, there is a small audience and big audience mentality and you have to grow at a pace that's healthy for you and your content. But you'll never know who is going to blow up overnight these days. It's easy to get sucked into the power that you might think you have then be shattered by the realization that you constantly have eyes on you at all times. These people that blow up overnight might not be used to be criticized much at all and now suddenly everyone is bearing down on them. This is why I try not to sweat being a small channel for so long, it's slow but at least I know I can handle the attention I do get.
What made him so funny was how outlandish his reactions were to small things that never mattered. Then he started talking about drama, so his over the top reactions, just seemed, well, over the top.
His overreaction over mundane life situations were funny until it started to be about youtuber drama and arguments, feels like he's just trying to mock the opponent's argument at this point
His whole style was just jumping to conclusions and yelling. Which was entertaining when it was about dumb stuff like public bathrooms, but it obviously didn’t work when talking about drama

I agree with most of what you said. However, Grade did form his own opinion, he (and others), just switched and made videos on their friend _just_ for money! I believe Leafy and Grade spoke and both agreed to go at Keem because they saw how profitable Idubbz video was and they wanted some of that. If anyone ever called him out on this, he backed into the old arguments of "this is satire" or "I'm just using their kind of arguments". He instead tries to make excuses or doubles down on stuff, and a lot of his non-satirical rants were too reactionary and impulsive rather than thought out carefully. At least things like the content cop stuff is obviously calculated and carefully thought out beforehand. And idubbbz generally isn't trying to act like he's some higher moral authority. @@themudpit621yeah, say what you want about grade, but it’s perfectly acceptable to turn on your friends when you’ve learned about their shady past and the fact that they’ve ruined people’s careers for drama. I genuinely do not care if Keem “genuinely felt hurt”, as no one should since he is a leech of a person who has no sense of what he does a lot of the time. His friends exposed his shady past? Yeah, I’m sure he’s feeling just as hurt as the people he’s falsely accused of pedophilia
@@justausername5749 Grade knew about Keemstar's shady past from the get go but he didn't care but then 'coincidentally' changed his depending on what was more financially beneficial to him and then proceeded to pretend to be suddenly offended over trivial things he already knew which is scummy. As for false accusations of pedophilia (which Keemstar is guilty of) ,Grade also ended up falsely accusing Keemstar of the same thing and ruined others for drama. They're both awful people but Grade acting like a victim over Keemstar's comments made ages ago about someone else that he was fine with before (until he saw a chance for more cash is bad). Keen is bad but nobody likes it when a friend stabs their friend in the back for money, clout and being on the bandwagon so people would naturally feel at least a slither of empathy for Keemstar's situation with that.

Reactor is one of the biggest internet trolls and its hilarious. Its clearly all a joke and its funny seeing people take him seriously
It was the same with Leafy. He was never even close to being 100% serious, he was just screwing around and talking shit, yet everybody took him completely seriously and demonized him for really nothing. There are creators that have said and done _much worse_ that are still on the platform now and are being paid millions by Google to do it.
@@Zeroshiki Leafy at least in the content cop lost his credibility because despite all the shit talking he couldn’t take shit talking himself
@@Zeroshiki this is a good take and I’ve been thinking abt this as well. Sucks how Leafys gone while we still have Onision on UA-cam
Seriously. Heard about Reactor paying 600 dollars to troll Grade's viewers was the funniest thing I've heard today.
@@Zeroshiki Honestly, Leafy was just shit. I mean, don't get me wrong, doesn't mean he can't stay on UA-cam or something. But the content cop, for instance, was a great example. He's just shit. He talks shit and can't take it, and he's just super insecure. Leafy is the kind of content creator where you just have to ask "Who watches this, and why?" Which, hats off to him, I'm perplexed why people watch him, I think he's just shit, but at least he isn't literally a groomer like Onision or something. He's just annoying lol.

What made me stop watch grade A. He made a video ranting about tipping and how servers are lesser for asking for them, then I'm the next breath had the nerve to ask people to support him on Patreon
💀
If you're not from the US which most of the world is not then tipping is viewed as really stupid in a lot of places(because people are actually paid liveable wages at least in most first world countries) and is not the standard unless you're at a fancy restaurant or recieve exceptional service.
Patreon is a little different imo but honestly I still see where you're coming from for sure and it's understandable why you stopped watching hahaha
@@austindecaux7895 Yeah in the UK (where GradeA is from) waiters are given living wages so it's not expected that you tip. Tipping is entirely optional and really only done if you're given exceptional service. I would be a bit annoyed if a waiter asked for a tip, since in UK you're expected to be humble and not ask for extra money, if you've earned it then you don't need to ask. In a lot of places, the service charge is already included and I find it quite deceptive when waiters don't point that out when I offer a tip, especially when it's like 25% already 😢 but I wouldn't think they're lesser for just asking, maybe if they demanded it lol. Waiters just want to make money like 99% of everyone else on the planet. Not talking down to you, just explaining in case any more Americans are confused at that view. It's so weird in USA that people are indoctrinated into paying workers wages for a company to the point that if you can't afford a tip because you're poor, then you're heckled as evil, as if it's _your_ fault a soulless multi-million corporation decided to have legal slaves.
@@emstink here in Switzerland there’s not an obligation to give a tip, but I think it’s more of a societal “obligation” type thing, since usually people tip a few Swiss franks as long as the service wasn’t absolute ass
Not really the same thing tbh

By saying “Did the Holocaust happen? Yes. But 6 million?” he is baiting the alt-right morons to fall right into his juicy trap where they proclaim his name (when it isn’t even “Tim Pool”, like honestly what kind of a “real” name is that?)
TLDR; Tim Pool is a high tier troll that has convinced the political base of the internet that he is an alt-right representative in order to draw in alt/far-right people to gather them to be ridiculed.
I'm a fan of Grade, I was disappointed with his Covid content but was largely happy whenever he returned from his breaks. I'm glad he's recently returned to what first made me like his channel.
What finally did it for me was that he constantly talked about how much he hated drama/drama channels, yet all he did was report on UA-cam drama, and in some cases, start the drama himself. If anyone ever called him out on this, he backed into the old arguments of "this is satire" or "I'm just using their kind of arguments". He was so quick to anger when it came to this stuff, and fell for every bit of bait thrown his way. He should've stuck to what he was good at.
really did amazing, after watching this entire thing it really felt like a movie and my attention wasn’t even a second away from the video. The end music and his channel profile picture really felt like a closing book. I have to say well done 👏👏

I feel Grade is the perfect example of someone who wasn't ready to handle rapid popularity growth.
Honestly, Reactor was a good troll. Too bad Grade didn't know how to take a joke
hi sucklet
When the drama stuff started kicking off I started suspecting that GradeA was a guy who had anger issues and who doesn't like admitting when he was wrong about something or reacted badly (and the times when he does admit it are rare and reluctant).
I'm not invested enough to have any opinions on allegations or what kind of person he is, but that aspect of his personality is what soured his content at the time for me personally.
but now look at idubbz😂
I used to play COD with Reactor and his sister in 2017/2018, he is such a cool guy, I remember when he told me about this, and even though I knew Grade A under A, didn't know Reactor until I played cod with him and he told me about this. Some of the videos are actually and obviously just satirical, but once he started getting into the UA-cam drama shit, yea all of that seems like he’s being pretty real
