One of my all time new favorite formats is this cardio, core, and mobility! Loved it in week 1 and today! And loved the new moves, definitely want to see the burpee toe taps and bear crawl/kickstand again!
This was awesome! I love the combo of core and cardio! Did over 100 bicycles and added in some overhead matches for good measure! Excited to close it out tomorrow! Thank you!

I had to take a test day yesterday after leg day and questioned if I needed another one but so glad I didn’t and did the cardio and mobility! Lindsey that was genius after those last 3 days especially leg and knowing what’s coming on day 10! Oh and I also took everyone’s advice and slowed it down to .75 and I had to laugh listening to Lindsey on a slower mode!!! ❤️ thank you Lindsey and Rachel you are both rockstars!!!

It was really hard today - body is slightly sore from Day 7 and 8 - but I pulled from within to finish. I can't wait for tomorrow, but slightly nervous! Maybe all 10 moves to make 100????????

To be honest, I was avoiding doing this program because I thought it looked too intense… but I finally started with this one since the title sounded more approachable with bicycle crunches for the 100 reps, and I LOVED it! I have to go try the others now that I know I can do it 💪🤩🍌

I was able to do the single squats on my left leg without putting my right leg down to help! My left leg is my weaker leg and I've never been able to do that before!!
Whenever I do bicycle crunches my hips always pop like im cracking a knuckle. Do you know why that could be? This was a good, hard exercise, but a nice break from yesterday!
On the kneeling windmill, I find I feel it in my hips more than obliques…But not when I do the standing windmill. Is this typical or am I doing something wrong? Love the exercises, but want to make sure I’m doing them correctly.
