Girl literally same! I think completing all of the videos progressively really helps! Plus all the mobility moves built in. Thanks for the program, it’s hard but manageable and I sweat every time! 🔥🎉

Second day of my period and i DID NOT want to work out when my alarm went off at 5am, but so glad i did! Loved all the new moves! This one made me smile more than the others- with Lindsey out of control on the countdown, and I always chuckle when y’all forget where we are in the 100! Thanks ladies!

I used to do Kayla Itsines’ BBG off and on for years, but now that I found NML I’ve been more consistent and actually look forward to working out every week. Not intimidating, but challenging and encouraging. Great job, Lindsay!
Had to take a break part way through because my fatigue came back which means i pushed too hard. I was super angry at my body for betraying me yet again, but then i remembered "do your best, forget the rest!" So i listened to my body and now im back to finish. Even if it means every other day to be able to finish! I hope this encourages anyone else who has the same struggles! We got this and its ok to rest too!

I was dreading the lunges more than push ups. I am not as fast as you Lindsay & Rachel. I decided to go with 25# each hand and paused the video so I didn't feel rushed. I finished aaaaaand got all 20 jumping to finish. NML team ❤ you rock and so does everyone like me knocking this out however we can

What a killer leg day. I am loving the straight sets format. It has been my most favourite this whole series. Can’t believe i actually did 100 lunges. Never would have thought I would actually be able to do that. Thanks to you and Rachel and your coaching that this just flew by for me ❤
Usually hate leg day (I'm enjoy upper body more) but this was absolutely amazing! Felt my hips opening at the 50 mark and the lunges kept on getting better. Thanks team NML for pushing us to be the strongest we can be!!
I have just LOOOOVED MetCon so much and this Leg Day was amazing… I esp. love the unilateral training incorporated in this workout. Turning on the TV to follow along with your workouts is so motivating… I just love the NML team so much!

I just absolutely LOVE this program. It's been hard for me to do all of these workouts consecutively because we've been swapping colds with our toddlers, but when I am able to find the energy to jump back in, I am so pumped to do the next one! Something about hitting the 100 reps of some activity is so empowering. Thanks for curating such an amazing series and workouts. Holy bananas this one was fire! I was terrified to do all the lunges because I have a bad knee from a previous car accident and it usually doesn’t do well with lunges. But I did it and I feel so strong! Thanks ladies! 🎉
I loved this format! 8 months postpartum yesterday and in the last 2 weeks I have been finally getting sweaty and feeling strong again. Such a good program to challenge you and remind you just how strong you are.

Omg!! I was so terrified of doing lunges. I have been in PT for my knee for the past 3 months and was told to avoid lunges. My last day for PT is on the 26th and this was my test to myself how strong I have become and how far I have progressed in the past 3 months thanks NML team. God bless ❤

This was spicy! I channeled my inner Lindsey and used my 20’s for the lunges. While I was a few lunges shy of 100 in the end, I kept pushing on. My legs are feeling it a few hours later but in a good way - strong!
I totally love your workouts, since I’m also a mom of two, i don’t have time or money to go to the gym, so i do my workouts at home, and this programme is the perfect one! I didn’t do it every day, but did around 2 videos per week, and added power yoge for stretching and meditation, but i feel way stronger and fitter than 2.5 weeks ago! Thank you Lindsey and Rachel, keep it on! ❤❤❤
I absolutely loved this one!!! Feeling so so strong. Really surprised myself with how much energy I had on the final lunge jumps ! Loved the rotational lunge, and elevated lateral squat too. My favourite leg day we’ve done!!
Day 8 is in the books! This challenge is flying by. Favorite move was the new unilateral squat with other leg on the bench to the side. We need a fun name for it!

I have been doing NML workouts since half way through my pregnancy. My daughter is almost 7 months now and I'm still going strong. I love these workouts so much. I will say though that this lung workout is probably the most sore I have ever been after one of your workouts!! I did it yesterday and can literally barely move today lol I guess that's why you said "roll out all the lactic acid" haha I took today off but will be back at it for day 9 tomorrow. I'm behind... Mom life lol
I used my 25lb dumbbells for every exercise besides the new “funky” one and boy am I going to feel it tomorrow. Thank you for helping me feel strong!! 🤩🥳
Did this workout with my 7 year old daughter! My youngest is 2, and I have not worked out, done CrossFit, and most recently the gym since her being born. I have done Beachbody workouts in the past and was about to go back to them. I decided to give this a try and I am glad I did! The best part is we’re doing 100 of things but it’s in top of other exercises in 20 minutes!! Love it and so does my 2 year old. She loves seeing you on the tv and trying to do her banana push-ups!
Round 2 of Day 8. Tuesday I could only make it to 80 lunges and had to call it. So stinking hard! Then yesterday I only had 20 min so I made it to 50 lunges. Today, my goal was to do the whole Day 8 and I did!! Sweating like a beast and so happy! You rock ladies!
This was 🔥 I liked it so much I did it twice!😄 Don’t know if I’ll regret it tomorrow but it felt so good to push through & challenge myself! Holy BANANA's! That was pure fire! Especially those butterfly bridges, it was a struggle to stand up to do the next 10 lunges! Lunges are my progress goal move this year and I'm pumped to say I'm so happy with how well I did the 100 plus all the others in the workout! Love setting a goal and seeing the determination there is once you've set it as a goal!
I have never been able to do lunges correctly, getting my back knee all the way to the ground. BUT I did it today! It was easier to get the back knee farther down as the workout went on, and by the end I could do it! I did extra lunges because I was SO proud of myself. 😁
Something about the style of this workout made it just FLY BY!!! And I was gasping the whole time!! Thank you NML for these awesome workouts! 💪

I love these met con workouts, I feel afterwards I don't need to do any cardio that day. Biggest problem I have is holding my breath during workouts

Round 2 of Day 8. Tuesday I could only make it to 80 lunges and had to call it. So stinking hard! Then yesterday I only had 20 min so I made it to 50 lunges. Today, my goal was to do the whole Day 8 and I did!! Sweating like a beast and so happy! You rock ladies!

This was AMAZING! My goal was to touch my back knee (slightly of course) on EVERY lunge and i crushed it! Im dreading how im gonna feel tomorrow! Lol

Holy BANANA's! That was pure fire! Especially those butterfly bridges, it was a struggle to stand up to do the next 10 lunges! Lunges are my progress goal move this year and I'm pumped to say I'm so happy with how well I did the 100 plus all the others in the workout! Love setting a goal and seeing the determination there is once you've set it as a goal!

I have never been able to do lunges correctly, getting my back knee all the way to the ground. BUT I did it today! It was easier to get the back knee farther down as the workout went on, and by the end I could do it! I did extra lunges because I was SO proud of myself. 😁
