I don't know if you still get nauseous but ginger helps with that so keep some hard ginger candy handy, very transportable if you put it in a small tin. If you think of it as medicine you won't snack on them too much :D Also eat a cracker or some type of bread with food you think might cause you problems as bread will help stop ahead of time. When you first feel the pangs of stomach pain a cracker will help too.

Hey Wendy, I’ve had a kidney transplant last year and they told me not to have ginger since it has an effect on the medication - you might wanna check on that first. I am from Switzerland and might have different medication.

How did you get approved to travel they told me not to travel to Mexico till 1 year post transplant. Because is high risk for Covid

Hi Linda, I just asked and they say it was ok. The nurse that replied to my message actually said there was not a big concern going to Mexico. To just follow my guidelines.
