Dear Ali, another fantastic video. I am a car guy and watch hundreds of car videos and diy. But no one makes videos like you. I have never paid anyone, but today decided to make a small payment for your great videos. I bought this tool a few months ago but wasn't sure of how to use it, thankfully this video came up and I can now use it properly. Thank you again!
Before any of this, TEST THE TESTER. Clean and fill the tester with clean, room temperature tap water from the sink and see what the tester shows. I have seen most of them test below zero protection, or other weird readings. Rare have I ever seen one accurate with this test.
@@tnamen1307 yes you can and still have thr same function, but if you mix blue/green with pink/red, the color usually become blackish and looks dirty. For aesthetic reason, it's not advised to mix different colors.
If iat is Ethylene glycol, Oat is propylene glycol, then what is HOAT? Is it Ethylene glycol or propylene glycol? My new pink coolant has ethylene glycol written on the container. Is it iat, oat or hoat?

Many thanks, easy for understand as always
Glad to hear that!
Always love the shots

Does pink coolant comes in iat technology? I thought only green and blue colour comes in iat technology.
Color has nothing to do with it's properties. Some brand make exactly the same coolant with different color, Prestone for instance.
@@TheSmartBean so that means I can mixed two different colours if they are of the same technologies?

If iat is Ethylene glycol,

My new pink coolant has ethylene glycol written on the container.
Is it iat, oat or hoat?
It's not the glycol that determines which it is.
@@atticstattic sorry your totally wrong. Please do some research and only answer me 😜
@tnamen1307
Already did the research, thanks - why don't you try some.
@@atticstattic i already did earlier. Hence, throwing the above mentioned question.
Still it seems you can't different iat oat and hoat 😜😜😜
@tnamen1307
I doubt you did much research, the difference in tech isn't the glycol.
The level is incorrect
Thanks
Many thanks 🙏🙏🙏
