How to make Dombolo | uJeqe | Steamed bread

This is one of my favourite things to make. Dombolo and mogodu, dombolo and manqina, dombolo and chicken feet, you name it! There's still an argument amongst my friends and I, some people say it's uJeqe, otheres say it's dombolo. What do you call this?
