57 years young. Today was the first time I worked out in years. It was tough. I made it through most of the exercises. Looking forward to feeling better and toning up. Never give up!!

What I love about it is that you can do it in your pyjama, on 1 square meter anywhere - at your home, in the hotel when travelling, you do not need to jump, therefore you do not disturb anybody, you do not need a mat. One of the best workouts on UA-cam. But if I'm honest! It's also one of the hardest workouts. I've stop 5 times and need to finish the last 7 in half minutes left. When the muscles burn that's when I know it's working but that's also when I find myself falling on my bed. This video is in my favorites. Will finish and then hopefully one day I can make it through the entire video without stopping. I have hope and faith! So I'm on the right track. Good luck to everyone who's working out!
This video is amazing! I suffer with hypermobility and gave up weightlifting a while ago because it just hurt so much at a ridiculously low weight! I haven’t been to a gym for 2 years but have started a weigh loss programme during lockdown and wanted to work out so bought some resistance bands and I have honestly seen more results doing this that I did at the gym - I’m amazed!! And my hypermobility doesn’t seem to be effected at all either!! Thank you sooo much for this video - changed my life!!
i was shocked by how much sweat i produced. i used to attend resistant bands core classes in the past, and she is up to par with it. i dont feel like im compromising anything doing this at home alone. thank you so much for your no nonsense approach. in my rotation and added!!!

I started out with a 1h 45 min walk then 15 min of this video. I'm trying to start slow since im recovering from a 5 bugled disc injury (2 in neck 3 in back) I gained over 50 lbs in 4 months, and I'm so ashamed of myself. but not being able to use your neck or your back are so significant in exercising. I'm starting off slow and working my way up. this is a great video, I will do this 3x a week in between doctor visits! Thank you!

This is one of the best tubing w/out. I have 3 dif tubing light med & heavy i def worked up a 😓 i was surprised bc this w/out doesn't look hard. I used the heavy one thru out the work out & i really felt it in my triceps just go to show looks can be deceiving. I will definitely be back for more!!!! thx

my partner just bought me resistance bands for my 20th birthday because I struggle to workout with his dumbells because they are always too heavy for me. This workout makes me sweat and works the muscles I need the most. I find its best to pause in between excercises to make sure I have the resistance bands exactly how I need them. Great workout routine. Let's see how far this gets me doing it 3/4 times a week.

I always love this workout and all her others, she always kicks my butt and I feel like I actually got a real workout. I really like the lack of extra talking and instruction, it gets so annoying with other videos. I have 4 kids and don't have time to wait around, I need to get in and get out before they all wake up LOL Thanks Christine!!

Great small space workout! Was able to do at my desk during lunch and all of the moves pregnancy-friendly (first time doing this one at 36 weeks pregnant), so also a decent prenatal workout if you're already in shape. May want to add in extra cool-down time.

I have mobility issues muscle degeneration, I have problems around going to gym to workout I hate embarrassing myself with wait training, so I bought some resistance bands where I can work out at home without the embarrassment of the gym. I believe I have found the best workout 💪 resistance bands and I can do it anywhere and these videos give away to get my coordination back as well as developing muscles due not really exercising I'm glad to find a good workout program, you rock thanks for these videos, it's going to make a big difference in my lifestyle...

I soooo love this video and it does give me a great workout here. I am looking forward to this journey for I really have gained some weight and can't afford to go to the gym so I'll be doing this at home besides I'll be able to save some money and look good throughout this process...awesome video and I like how you just get into it without a lot of talking...Thank You

This routine was super useful to learn. I'm traveling a lot and so I'm psyched to have done this and felt like I finally got a good workout without weights. I still miss weights, but this will definitely help fill in the gaps. Thank you.

I have mobility issues muscle degeneration, I have problems around going to gym to workout I hate embarrassing myself with wait training, so I bought some resistance bands where I can work out at home without the embarrassment of the gym. I believe I have found the best workout 💪 resistance bands and I can do it anywhere and these videos give away to get my coordination back as well as developing muscles due not really exercising I'm glad to find a good workout program, you rock thanks for these videos, it's going to make a big difference in my lifestyle...

Thank you for this. My gym is closed and I'm still doing my regimen for weight loss I still get in trouble for not eating right for myself: wheat and dairy. Thanks for this Christine. I hope to continue to learn better with bands even though it burns... a lot

Hi Lauren! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my younger sister does this workout! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟
