I used your baked version today to feed the poor, homeless, working poor and those that just don't want to eat alone one more time. We served them a white bean and ham soup as a first course, a vegetable tray as the second course, with the main meal of stuffed bell peppers, lektes with sour cream and green onion on the side and steamed whole carrots with melted butted. We even had a dessert tray courtesy of our local Vons market. I thought you should know that your video helped feed a hundred hungry people. Oh they can be a picky crowd but today everyone loved the latkes. And yes we mixed all 40 pounds of shredded potato and other ingredients with our hands.

The pan has 6 concave portions. I think they are called muffin top pans.
