The explanation for the level of moisture for the popcorn was exactly what i was looking for for info. thank you friend. Preparing some drippy corn right now and wasn’t sure if my popcorn was saturated enough. It wasn’t. Again, thank you for that explanation because i have watched numerous videos on this technique and no one explained how to tell if the popcorn was done. just gave the times to pressure cook at that was it.
I recently made a jar of canned corn and coffee grounds. I sterilized that along with a jar of flower bed soil. It has been the best grow I have ever done and now I have a mycelium liquid culture that can go straight into my garden in October.
I have that exact same spray bottle. I got it from Walmart for $1 and it has the finest and best mist of any i have ever bought. Keep rocking bro! 🍄🧡✌️
I don't know what it is about popcorn. It's got fairly low nutrition, it's got gaps that mycelium has to jump over but it is a super fast colonizer. Two Days after lq and Ive got significant growth since nocking my jars up. Just crazy fast. It must be the sucrose
No need to wash something made for human consumption. I could soak them to speed up the process, but I prefer to get it all done in one day instead of 2. Results are the same just have to boil it a bit longer than if it was soaked.
Always stir your corn in a clockwise motion if you’re in the northern heaven sphere… if you’re in the southern hemisphere, of course counterclockwise mushlove🎉
@18:54 - I have a well-known user name from the past on a shroom site. I can help you a little here. Use the proper Ball lids, but before you pressure cook - use 3 layers of 3M medical tape over a pin-hole in the jar lid. Pressure cook for 1 hour (min) and then let the cooker come to room temp before opening. Add a further 3 layers of 3M tape when you bring the jars out. Inoculate through the 3M tape and chill....
I can help you change your mindset. Think of it as a learning curve instead of something too difficult to accomplish. Rocket science is hard for those who don't have the knowledge or experience. Everything else in life is the same. It's literally impossible to ride a bike until your learn.
@@Fungi_Myco_Pharm AWESOME. I love learning new stuff. I have been having problems with anxiety and Panic attacks for a few years after a surgery. I got into growing weed after it was legalized in Oregon. Now to find some Spores, or a bag to get spores from. I have little knowledge but some. :)
I'm sorry but your demonstration on how much the colonel had swollen didn't look very swollen to me didn't look hardly any difference at all actually I think you should have went further

You should start putting the lids on your grain jars upside down, you don't want them to seal to the jars.
I really appreciate your video, is there any way you could condense and make the format not a half an hour?

How long for full spawn?
Why don't you soak your grains ahead of time to germinate endospores and wash the grains?

@@Fungi_Myco_Pharm washing to get rid of the starch will allow it to colonize much faster

Does it have to be popcorn or can it be deer corn?

Corn is just sugar .
No sugar is sugar. Corn has fiber, fat, and starch
