Achei interessantíssima a forma como adaptou o akará. Comida ritual ofertado ao meu òrisá Oyá. Aqui no Brasil em Salvador-Bahia,de onde sou, não temos o costume de fazê-lo recheado. Fazemos os bolinhos apenas com a massa de feijão fradinho,sal e cebola. E fritamos no azeite de dendê/azeite de palma. E como acompanhamento, caruru,(tipo amalá),salada de cebola e tomate, vatapá ,camarão seco e molho de pimenta. Isso para comercializar. Pois no candomblé, oferemos a Oyá apenas os bolinhos com camarões. Sem acompanhamentos. Gostaria se possível ,da receita em português,pois não falo inglês, e fiquei sem entender alguns dos ingredientes agregados á receita. Obrigada! 😅
