Greek yogurt is better then normal ones. Again it can work well for u don’t listen to a person with a bad experience once. If u tried it and it worked for u then no worries. Some things work on some people and others can have bad experience. Everyone has different skin types and the video generalized it all which is not ok at all. I personally use greek yogurt and I only have good results. It s actually really underrated

Do not agree! There are some ingredients that you almost can’t go wrong with when attempting DIY skincare. And yogurt is definitely at the top of the list. Um how about we leave the yogurt alone and discuss the BAKING SODA AND LEMON 🍋? They probably irritated and compromised their skin barrier= infection. I know everyone's skin reacts differently personally I've been on tretinoin for 10 yrs and using a yogurt mask (with a lil honey) calms and gently lifts the peeling skin. The lactic acid helps as well, but also use yogurt in a ground oatmeal (gently cooked so ut has its own liquid).

I wonder if people are using yogurt loaded with pesticides and hormones and having these negative reactions? If organic foods are best for our bodies, then they'll also be best for our faces, as our skin is our largest organ and will absorb the good, the bad and the ugly. Nothing has made my skin smoother, more even toned or brighter than toning with pure organic lemon juice, followed up with a mask of organic plain yogurt. Then, once rinsed, I will use marula oil, rosehip seed oil or carrot oil for moisture.

Products created in a laboratory are damaging 100% of the time. So it's dumb to tell people to stop putting food on their faces while suggesting they put foreign chemicals on their faces instead. Makes no sense. Read the comments here. Many MANY people are telling you that their experiences prove that the lemon, honey and yogurt used responsibly are beautifying and healthy for the skin. You are quite uneducated when it comes to health and skincare. Please carefully look into what your viewers are telling you. You have to use clean food products, not Dannon or Yoplait yogurt. Whole greek organic yogurt is a real food. Flavored conventional yogurts are not. Take care. Let food be thy medicine.
