Would not the sulfur content in the fish and eggs mitigate any clotting issues to some degree anyway?

What about TMG? Does it also raise TMAO?

You are brilliant. Add or include some color in the background to mitigate some of the gray tones.

Studying diet to determine whether a specific molecule is dangerous might not be the best way. It's quite frustrating having all the different diet camps get into these discussions. Anyway good video!

However, nobody cares if a specific molecule is dangerous, people actually care if their diet is dangerous.

I have been blasting Acetylcholine and Caffeine products for the last 3 months. Working on projects makes me very focused and sedentary. I stopped now lol, cause being so sedentary when I left my house for a walk, I pulled a ligament or a tendon in my knee trying to jog across my house street. So, little rest and some Kneesovertoes guy and feeling better. I am good to take a break from acetylcholine-related stuff for at least a year now. That's my Lil story lol. I'll just add this. Last year when I blasted huperzine-a, Alpha-GPC for about 3 months I used to get anxiety and what felt like heart-palpitations also headache, self-induced depression. This time around during the 3 months blast haven't had any of those side effects. Just good focused energy. Sedentary till your body starts falling apart from it. That covers that.

should have taken a piracetam or noopept to go with it, you just took too much your brain didnt know what to do with, next time try some noopept with your alpha, and btw HUPERZINE A AND ALPHA GPC SHOULD NEVER BE COMBINED: the mix of those two could gett you horrible side effects

How do you decrease the "fishy smell" caused from TMAO, especially after ingesting Acetyl-L-Carnitine or choline sources?
Also, even when I decrease my intake of these supplements and choline-rich foods, the smell can sometimes persist.

Some people take Benadryl especially if they can't fall asleep.. I've never done it, or would recommend it, cause it makes you stupid. So the other much better option is just to do some cardio or weightlifting sessions with short rest periods between sets.. like 30 seconds. I guess I could just say "It will make you sweat it out". But it will make levels choline levels drop. If you still smell it, then like Greg Doucette says next time "TRAIN HARDER." .. Alternatively, possibly just sit in a sauna or a hot bath, maybe even a cold shower. Choline gets used up for body-temp regulation.
