@@westernkypika thank you for reply, im going to buy it in the next few days , i have found the 16/256 gb version at 740 euro ( around 800 dollars) do you think is a good price ?
@@malgspremium That's about what I bought mine for which I think is pretty solid of a price. I think it's more expensive in Europe so yeah, I'd say that's a solid deal.
Great honest review. Personally I don't think the truly perfect phone exists. To me it's always finding value for my money. My current phone was originally way more expensive, but I waited for the price to drop. This is a flagship killer phone, which many reviewers don't seem to get or understand like you do. It's meant to do a little of everything, albeit not always at the true flagship level. It has everything I would ever need. Biggest issue for me is that no US carriers currently have it, and the global version seems tough to find outside of Best Buy. I'm mostly seeing the Chinese variant or ones with global roms flashed onto it. I'm going to go to Best Buy to see if I can get it.
Thank you! You’re right. There is no perfect phone. But for the price I think this one skips out in all the right areas - a true flagship killer. I hope you can find one though! Sorry, I’m in the UK and can get it direct from them so I don’t have any good suggestions for you
I know they're more durable than their proven rating, but it's still hard to trust them fully isn't it? No cover for damage due to jets of water/submersion either. I wouldn't have the same confidence level as I would with an IP68 phone
@@insidetechltd This is a valid concern. I wasn't aware you can get water damage coverage for IP68 devices. I'm willing to give OP the benefit of the doubt on this one since it only takes one device to die IP rating or not for them to lose the small market they have gathered.
I got my oneplus 11 last night, absolutely totally in love. I swapped from a galaxy S22 ultra and I consider better all round, especially the battery life which is the main driver behind my change. My S22 was 16 months old and battery was shocking at best. I don't miss the sharp Corners which hurt my hand after holding for a while, the oneplus is so smooth, lighter, faster and more intuitive. Couldn't be happier!
Somebody else asked me this and ultimately it depends on whether you prefer iOS or OxygenOS. That's the biggest difference. The iPhone is faster, more durable and will last longer, but the OP11 has a much better (and bigger) screen - so the size of the phone is another good factor to consider!
At first glance the best front facing video looks like 1.Apple 2. OnePlus 3.Google. But after looking at each one carefully I noticed things. The Apple starts to blur when you bounce/shake/move (whatever you want to call it). The OnePlus looks more washed out in the background (mostly the sky) and the upfront detail is there without blurring when moving. The Google looks like it's not sure what to focus on and the sharpest area is over his shoulder (mostly to the left of the screen). So my true rating goes to 1. OnePlus [For it's overall steadiness without losing the details when moving.] 2. Apple [Has great overall detail front and back (the picture looks move vibrant but this could of been because of better lighting from the sky at that time), but it loses points for blurring when moving to much.] 3. Google [It's just not good at front facing video at all.]
Well it is nice to hear one plus finally seemed to be back on course with a decent phone. I had the motor g/one plus first gen and the oneplus 3 those were awesome for there time. I then upgraded for oneplus 6 which was a downgrade on many levels from the nr. 3 and actually still using the 6 today waiting for better support than the 2 years they used to give there phones before forcing a new model buy to the market. So these 4 years and 5 years safety and security update are new knowledge to me. But glad to hear they are back in the game, now I will try to find out what else I need to upgrade from there. The 8T completely changed my perspective, i used it for 3 weeks until i decided to get a completely new phone. I am obsessed with the OnePlus 11, the performance is incredible, the battery life is unbelievable and the camera is plenty good enough for me. I dont tend to take my phone in water with me, i dont know why you would so the splash and dust resistance does me fine. Definitely Liberty 4 NC for the noise cancellation. On a plane this matters much more than small differences in sound quality. Both are pretty much equal for the gym
I've got a separate video on the S22U vs S21U that might help you with that part. It depends on how long you want to keep the phone for as well (OnePlus has better long-term support). You've also got wireless charging (Samsung) vs super fast charging (OnePlus). Better zoom photos (samsung). Faster processor (OnePlus). The S Pen could be a big factor too if that interests you at all
Thanks bro, really good review. I'm really confused wether I should save some money and buy op11 or I should get a more compact S23 base model? Oneplus is a decent brand, but my current one is full of glitches when I connect to android auto in my car
Thank you! I personally really, really like the S23. I love the compact form factor and am happy to accept the trade offs that comes with. I’d personally get that if I had the choice between the two but it does depend on price of course. I’d also say that changing phone is no guarantee of fixing Android Auto issues in my opinion. I purchased mine back at the release date in February and I absolutely love it. Oneplus builds every flagship device with the equivalent of an ip68 rating but, they do not pay for the certification. Many people are unaware that that ip68 rating will add an extra $100-$150 to the cost of the device. Intru flagship killer Spirit, they pass the savings on to the consumer. Frankly, I absolutely love the appearance of the device. In fact, I think the camera module looks futuristic and ergonomic. However, I purchased the phone in Titan black which has more of a matte finish. Strictly speaking, I couldn't be happier with this device.
@@insidetechltd - always out of stock - in fact they have not had any phones in stock for a good two months now. The belief is that there is some patent dispute with Nokia in the EU and they are having to pull their phones. Amazon just happens to have stock for now... but thankfully I've managed to order the 512GB version from overseas
Actually you're right, I was doing some reading about this a while ago. It seems that the UK isn't affected because it's some sort of EU problem, I remember reports of them pulling out of Germany. I hope the overseas version works out ok though - let us know what you think!
I have been using oneplus 11 from launch. Just one issue I have is, some wierd glow on human face when you click picture specially indores. What the hell is that
Richer and more immersive / energetic sound with OnePlus. Also have a more secure fit in the ear. Sony win for ANC, control system and the mic quality. LinkBuds S win overall, but depends on what you prioritise!
My last OnePlus phone was the 8 pro, which was flaky at best with Verizon (often got no service and never got 5G). How is the OnePlus 11 with Verizon 5G ultra wideband?
I am very confused about one thing. I have to keep the phone for 4 years. Should I choose the OnePlus 11 or iPhone 14? Please help me answer this question: Which one will provide a smoother experience between these two phones? ❤
I think the iPhone 14 - it'll perform better over those last 2 years. Plus it'll have better resale value then too. If you want a long-term smooth experience...go for the iPhone
This is a recent change that has allowed that - you can now swipe in either direction for easier notification dismissal, but it wasn't available at the time of this video
In video on 5:50 you said that the microphone quality not the reason for purchasing like for calls. Which TWS headphones should I choose for the best quality of phone/zoom calls? Now I use Nothing Ear, but want to change for something better for calls
Great question! I've made a video featuring the best earbuds for phone calls. It's long, but you can skip to the call quality section using either 'chapters' or the time codes in the video description 👍🏼 ua-cam.com/video/FY7GlcTO2Ls/v-deo.html
Why are they still keeping the front camera in the upper left corner instead of bringing it in the middle. In fact Color OS which OnePlus is using now from Oppo is the best UI on android
Wait every time you dismiss a notification you have to swipe once... and then twice? Did I understand right? Sounds like that's gonna get very annoying
When i wanted a new phone around 2019 i wanted a oneplus. I did not and after using another device i decided to go for oneplus finaly. So far i am happy. Last phone was 3h charging and maybye 3h hard using. Now i can use it probably even more and get up to 24h batery time. 25 min and fll battery ready to go. I am curious how long it will last. The thing i did dislike is how slipery it was. I did not feel comfortable holding it. The other thing is speaker placement. I had stereo in the screen on the last phone here one of the sperakers is under my finger when i am holding the phone. I will probably get used to it. Generaly happy with the expirience.
Great review :) I bought mine about 2 weeks ago, and so far I'm happy with it. Last one was a OP 7 Pro. The biggest concern of mine was the camera. But to be fair, I also liket the OP 7 Pro cameras, and this is actually much better. More than okay. Was better then midrange, but yeah... I had a fre Honor and Huawei phones in my hand to feel thet it's a bit lacking in places. I'm happy with it though.
Why is it that you believe using the fast charger will harm the battery ? I believe they've kept heat under control , and that's the killer of batteries .
Yes I think heat is the main factor, but even though it's regulated you can always feel for yourself the phones are hot when fast charging. There's enough data now to show that fast charging still has an impact on battery health
The prices will depend a lot on where you live and where you buy from. But I would say the Galaxy S23 and iPhone 13 would be at a similar price and have better speakers
Swiping notification is an everyday user side activity. Can it not be customised in any way. I don't want to live with a problem on a daily driver device which was not there in the first place or a problem which is not present in other phones.
I'm considering to buy this phone but i read that it got the green line or pink coming up after some time especially after updating it Did you get any issues like that?
Glad to hear it 😄 I'm just finalising the earbuds that are going to make it into the video. But I think i'm going to have to change the price bracket to $100. I know the poll I put out voted mostly for $150, but it turns out that loads of the earbuds awards earbuds would feature in that video - so i'd just be saying exactly the same things again. There are some amazing (new) options under $100 though, so I think it would be more valuable to make a video on that instead and then together those two videos give really wide coverage. I'll update you all soon with the progress!
I think ultimately that one goes down to whether you prefer iOS or Android. That’s the single biggest factor dictating the experience. That and whether you want a really big screen phone or not
I've actually noticed that even swiping left they're disappearing straight away now 😧 Has a recent update fixed this?! I must admit I didn't notice exactly when this changed because i've been using other phones, but this could be a huge improvement if it's been fixed!
@@insidetechltd I did see your review! Since both the phones are almost similarly priced, was weighing the pros and cons of both. Do prefer the OP11 more. Thanks for the reviews.
Ah ok cool. It's a tough one to call actually. As I said in the review, OP11 is the sensible choice and technically better. But I would personally choose Nothing Phone 2 (I prefer its personality)
No they don't. The support is until 2027 for security, 2025 for OS. The phone came out last year, which is why initially it was 5 and 3 years respectively, and is now 4 and 2 years at the time of this video
the phone in Europe it is still 900 freaking euros i dont know what the fuck oneplus is doing meanwhile samsung selling s23 plus 512 variant for the same price
@@insidetechltd do you think i should go for s23 plus instead? The only thing I hate is the 45w charging speed. But the price for OnePlus 11 is way too high
Honestly I would probably go for the S23 Plus in this case. It's a better overall phone and if you're just charging overnight then you won't really notice the charging speed difference anyway. The S23+ charging speed isn't bad anyway, it's just that OnePlus 11 is crazy fast
@@insidetechltd the tensor G1/G2 are mid range performance compared to SD and the apple Bionic SoCs. Having "flagship like" specs in ram, storage, display camara modules is not enough. The underwhelming performance and battery consumption have a huge impact in the devices experience. Yes sure it's good enough for daily smart phone activities. But I don't like the idea of subpar performance at flagship prices. Pixel should have been priced lower 700-649 for the pixel 7 pro. That is the biggest issue I have with the Pixels.
I agree about the processors. But there is also a massive price gap between those Apple/Samsung flagships and the Pixel or this OnePlus. You say 'flagship prices' but £729 vs £1249 is absolutely crazy, a huge difference - I think that more than justifies the slower processor. Of course that's just my view though!
What's keeping me from buying this phone is the price. 829€ for 8Gb und 899€ for the 16 Gb version, those are not prices competing with flagships but they are flagship prices. And with the shortcomings (lack of wireless charging, lack of water resistance, average camera) I would much prefer a Pixel 7 pro or even a Pixel 7 which cost 2 till 300 hundreds less.
Yeah I think that's fair enough. The price difference isn't that drastic in my region, but it totally changes the value of these phones. I assume you wouldn't buy something like an S23 Ultra for the same reason though?
My oneplus 8t still going strong after 2 and a half years.. heavy gaming and overall personal daily use. Just staying on android 11 for the stock experience. If Oneplus getting back to their old oxygen OS they will be going to boom again.
Please help me choose between OnePlus 11 (715$) and S23+ (880$). The OnePlus phone is 16gb + 256gb & the S23+ is 8gb + 256 gb. I do game a good amount and I do enjoy taking pics / vids from time to time however the camera isn't too big a factor for me.
I think the battery life and the graphics performance of the S23+ will suit your needs best as a gamer. I know it's more expensive so you'll have to decide that part yourself - but I think the S23+ is the better phone for your usage
Depends on your priorities. If you want super deep bass and ultra clear highs, go for L3P. They have wireless charging too, which is a bonus. I prefer almost everything else about Sony LinkBuds S though. I'd definitely go for those even with the price difference
OP11 HDR is a joke, buds pro 2 doesn't sound good. Overly brightens face main cam/selfie. Hate this scam phone. UA-cam HDR isn't supported. UA-cam app on OP11 lags so much. (OP11 16GB | 256) (OP Buds Pro 2)
ever since the beginning of oneplus their main weakness has always been the cameras....nothing has changed and is actually expected....it is still a excellent PHONE for the money.

Nice, i'm glad you like it!

Virtually impossible to buy outside of Amazon, something ain't right!
You can get them from OnePlus directly though, surely?
@@insidetechltd - always out of stock - in fact they have not had any phones in stock for a good two months now. The belief is that there is some patent dispute with Nokia in the EU and they are having to pull their phones. Amazon just happens to have stock for now... but thankfully I've managed to order the 512GB version from overseas
Actually you're right, I was doing some reading about this a while ago. It seems that the UK isn't affected because it's some sort of EU problem, I remember reports of them pulling out of Germany.
I hope the overseas version works out ok though - let us know what you think!
Watch on my One Plus 7T 😍😍.
Nice
I have been using oneplus 11 from launch.
Just one issue I have is, some wierd glow on human face when you click picture specially indores.
What the hell is that
Mine will get to me tomorrow....I have the 9pro and the n30 and had the 10 pro..,..love them all.
Enjoy it!
How do the buds pro 2 compare to Sonys Link Buds S?
Richer and more immersive / energetic sound with OnePlus. Also have a more secure fit in the ear. Sony win for ANC, control system and the mic quality. LinkBuds S win overall, but depends on what you prioritise!
Lol the shots are made at Constance lemuria ❤
Wow 👏🏼
oneplus 11 marble odyssey at 46k or Samsung s23 256 at 59k Indian rupees... which should i prefer?
OnePlus 11 for value for money 👍🏼
My last OnePlus phone was the 8 pro, which was flaky at best with Verizon (often got no service and never got 5G). How is the OnePlus 11 with Verizon 5G ultra wideband?
I'm in the UK. No Verizon here I'm afraid!

Just swipe in the other direction....
This is a recent change that has allowed that - you can now swipe in either direction for easier notification dismissal, but it wasn't available at the time of this video
I actually love the design of this device. The OnePlus 10 pro design was terrible in my opinion
Wow fair enough! Good to hear from someone who likes it
In video on 5:50 you said that the microphone quality not the reason for purchasing like for calls.
Really appreciate the fact that he includes proces im inr
🙌🏼
Should I get this or the One+ 10T? Both are on sale locally where iam from and the 10T is around $200 cheaper.
For that price difference i'd probably get a 10T instead
Why are they still keeping the front camera in the upper left corner instead of bringing it in the middle. In fact Color OS which OnePlus is using now from Oppo is the best UI on android
Middle placement would be much better for me. But I guess this remains one of the things distinguishing the phone 🤷♂️
Wait every time you dismiss a notification you have to swipe once... and then twice? Did I understand right? Sounds like that's gonna get very annoying
Yes - and it is annoying
A good job with review 👏
thank you!
Good points about it being slippering and the speaker placement. Hopefully a case will solve the first issue. Glad you like it overall though!
Great review :)
I bought mine about 2 weeks ago, and so far I'm happy with it.
Glad you like it!
My OnePlus 9 Pro overheats in literal 2 mins if I use the video camera. Is OnePlus 11 a good upgrade over OP 9 Pro ?
Yes I think so, for the processor and battery definitely
Why is it that you believe using the fast charger will harm the battery ? I believe they've kept heat under control , and that's the killer of batteries .
Yes I think heat is the main factor, but even though it's regulated you can always feel for yourself the phones are hot when fast charging. There's enough data now to show that fast charging still has an impact on battery health
@insidetech: kindly furnish which phones in the same price range have better bass response and speakers!
Not yet 😔
I'm considering to buy this phone but i read that it got the green line or pink coming up after some time especially after updating it
Did you get any issues like that?
Mine has been fine so far (latest software too)
My OnePlus 9 pro was IP 68
Only complaint is the selfie camera
When is that top tws(under 150 dollars) video coming out?? I'm excited 😁
Wireless charging and IP ratings? Couldn't care less
Fair enough 😅
It works fine for me. 👍
Glad to hear it!
Very nice review
Thank you 🙌🏼
Would be nice if we could still have wireless charging and still have access to usb port for wired charging.
Agreed!
Money well spent 👍👍
can't decide between this phone and motorola x40 which also seems to have a subpar camera
That would make a very interesting side by side actually - I bet lots of people don't even consider Motorola these days!
Nice review
Thank you!
Would you suggest to buy Oneplus 11 or iphone 13/14?
I think ultimately that one goes down to whether you prefer iOS or Android. That’s the single biggest factor dictating the experience. That and whether you want a really big screen phone or not
Very Helpful..
Pls review Vivo X90 pro plus.. :) Thank you very much
Thank you! I'll add that to my long schedule 😅
@@insidetechltd Thank You So much Sir , your video review amazed me a lot.
6:38 3591 points, and not 3519
Will it get green or pink lines on the display after update?
Mine hasn't
I have the 10t and audio sounds weird i using my new JBL Bluetooth and a sony earbuds still bad sounds quality. 🤔
Hmm, not sure what that's about 🤔 Did you try OnePlus support?
@@insidetechltd yeah is very weird don't really know how to explain it is loosing sound is like it's not at 100% 🤔
swiping notifications away to the right instantly gets rid of them. I bought this phone and really love it
I've actually noticed that even swiping left they're disappearing straight away now 😧 Has a recent update fixed this?! I must admit I didn't notice exactly when this changed because i've been using other phones, but this could be a huge improvement if it's been fixed!
@@insidetechltd I think it's a recent change. It wasn't like this last week
Nice❤
Value?? With this camera?
It's a fair comment
Idk the OnePlus 11 fro y video loomed fairly crisp and clear vs 4k other phones.
Are you watching on a small phone screen though? Try watching on a TV and see if you can spot the difference then
@@insidetechltd think it was on tv screen.
@@insidetechltd then again my tv upconverts video to 4k
Between Nothing Phone 2 and OnePlus 11, which would you recommend?
I talk about this a bit in my nothing phone 2 review released yesterday. I think you should watch that first because I think it will help!
@@insidetechltd Understandable, very close indeed.
14:59 google offers 5 years of security updates and 3 years of OS updates
No they don't. The support is until 2027 for security, 2025 for OS. The phone came out last year, which is why initially it was 5 and 3 years respectively, and is now 4 and 2 years at the time of this video
@@insidetechltd okay so you are saying from this point of time! Then agreed! But overall it's 5 and 3 .
the phone in Europe it is still 900 freaking euros i dont know what the fuck oneplus is doing meanwhile samsung selling s23 plus 512 variant for the same price
Wow. That’s crazy! The difference is £1149 vs £799 for the UK for the same phones. Massive price gap here but not for mainland Europe it seems
@@insidetechltd thanks for your response!
I think it looks brilliant.
Fair enough!
real flagship killer!
Exactly!
Pixel barely counts as a flagship.
You don't think so? Specs are flagship and it has the best camera on the market imo
Many people have stated that they can't get this phone at the stated price of $699 or $799 in their country. It's unfortunate and I wish it wasn't so.
I am extremely concerned about the software within it, so therefore willing to wait a bit just for the greenlight
It's amazing, having used it for over a month i can say u will definately love it, if u have any specific questions feel free to ask :)
@@metaversewr8827I'm buying OnePlus 11...are you experiencing any issue or missing any features in this device?
My oneplus 8t still going strong after 2 and a half years.. heavy gaming and overall personal daily use. Just staying on android 11 for the stock experience. If Oneplus getting back to their old oxygen OS they will be going to boom again.
Strong 💪🏼
The UI is asssssessssss. I haven't updated my 9 pro
I think it’s alright 🤷♂️ but totally understand not upgrading 👍🏼
@@insidetechltd bro is looks so cheap tbh I'm not buying oneplus after this. I'll go back to Samsung or apple
@@mal1k0 Samsung UI looks cheaper
@@markgutierez9922 lmao. I guess you have an OnePlus.
@@mal1k0 I guess don't have one lol
Please help me choose between OnePlus 11 (715$) and S23+ (880$).
The OnePlus phone is 16gb + 256gb & the S23+ is 8gb + 256 gb.
I do game a good amount and I do enjoy taking pics / vids from time to time however the camera isn't too big a factor for me.
I think the battery life and the graphics performance of the S23+ will suit your needs best as a gamer. I know it's more expensive so you'll have to decide that part yourself - but I think the S23+ is the better phone for your usage
Hey, quick question:
Liberty 3 Pro or Sony Linkbuds S
Libertys are 20 dollars less
Depends on your priorities. If you want super deep bass and ultra clear highs, go for L3P. They have wireless charging too, which is a bonus. I prefer almost everything else about Sony LinkBuds S though. I'd definitely go for those even with the price difference
@@insidetechltd Thanks for the reply mate! Really helps me decide! Love your videos, probably the best, most detailed reviews!
Not at all, I make these videos specifically to try and help people out! Thanks a lot for the support 👊🏼
OP11 HDR is a joke, buds pro 2 doesn't sound good. Overly brightens face main cam/selfie. Hate this scam phone.
UA-cam HDR isn't supported.
UA-cam app on OP11 lags so much.
(OP11 16GB | 256)
(OP Buds Pro 2)
I identified the same camera weaknesses. Although I thought the earbuds sounded pretty good actually 🤷♂️
ever since the beginning of oneplus their main weakness has always been the cameras....nothing has changed and is actually expected....it is still a excellent PHONE for the money.
Buds Pro 2 are really good. As for HDR, I couldn't care less. Overall happy for buying it for app. 930 USD with Buds 2 Pro during the launch.
Sorry, I meant the Spatial Audio.
Yes, it does sound great.
