Can the Elite NERO smart rollers be used on carpet or does it require a hardwood or concrete surface? I am asking because I am concerned that carpeting may impede or hinder the rollers from "floating" back and forth as they are supposed to. My Nero will not calibrate. It just states to increase speed, which I have done to a high level. Please advise.
