Hey man, you should really play Stoneshard. I find it extremely similar to BB but instead of controlling a company you're essentially a solo character exploring the world.
I've played a little of stoneshard, it's quite the brutal RPG, but a cool one for sure.

That's all good, UA-cam changed how they notify people and I think you can make specific channels show up higher in your feed with the "bell icon".

My best decision in this game is that I never check the rolls. I really don't want to know if the enemy hit an 5% hit chance which killed one of my bros. This would only get me raging and reduce my fun. All I need to do keep on doing is never check the log! never! :D

I appreciate the thought, however, "Ironman" as a 'no-save' option is something I try and stay away from when playing modded (as a result of many save corruptions over the versions of my many modded gameplays)
Losing saves is super frustrating and Ironman would be a risky option if not just playing vanilla.
