Few years from now BGC may have a stiff competitions from other business districts like in the Bay areas with more than 4x the size of BGC are now having an ongoing developments. There are also a nice places going south like NUVALI and the 3500 hectares Villar city.
As always BGC does not disappoint foreigners like you to enjoy and explore the city. Watching from California. I’m a Filipina living here in the city of Long Beach. I’ve been watching youtube videos because I’ve been missing my hometown in Manila. I did enjoy watching your videos. It’s interesting to learn how you spend your days and how much it cost so I know how to budget my next visit to Manila. I’ve been here since the year 2000 and I’ve seen lots of beautiful places in the Philippines. So where are you planning to go next out of BGC?
Oh great to hear! BGC really does not disappoint. For this trip we will mostly stay in BGC, experience life here but we will visit interesting places from all these suggestions. We notice living in BGC is considerably more expensive so we would advise budget accordingly when staying here! Enjoy California life 😀
if you want amazing beaches that's not far from bgc you can visit the beaches in calatagan nasugbu and san juan all in batangas its only 3hrs away by bus or car

Tagaytay City too 2 hrs away from Manila, smallest active volcano in the world, pine trees, cooler weather, best food, nature etc. Starbucks views 1:01 there is tagged unofficially the best Starbucks views in the world, but u can go to Leslie’s, Twin Lakes, Bulalo, mushroom burgers, 1-2 hr away from Tagaytay is nasugbu’s white sand beaches or Calatagan Beaches.
Try the local market where the locals go. Be prepared to be surprised and get bargains ...in Divisoria, Tutuban markets. Try to visit the historic Intramuros....the historic Manila hotel, Manila cathedral, san Agustin church , Fort Santiago, Rizal park ..
Although the country is surrounded by water most locals of Metro Manila haven't been to the beach.. because most beaches are privately owned and charge a fee to enjoy the beaches of their country.
@@boyasia5874 Not really. There are a lot of good spots that are free. They just don't know that cuz they tend to look for and stay in areas with accommodation and resorts, which obviously are often privately-owned.
@@boyasia5874 They do actually. It's a common misconception that only rich people frequent BGC. While BGC is home to high-end establishments and affluent residents, it also serves as a bustling business district where a large portion of the workforce belongs to the middle class. Public transportation hubs leading into BGC are also packed with commuters from surrounding cities, reflecting a mix of individuals from all walks of life. Just a reminder, they had an apartment in the most expensive part of the most expensive part in Manila.. Just a few blocks away the prices drop by hundreds of dollars.. :D just a liitle reminder for anyone else who wants to live there.. you can find a nicer apartment for half the price if you doesnt need to be on Forbes Street in BGC :D

I live in Sydney and some streets of BGC like 7th or 9th reminds me of streets in Sydney Central Business District. And you’re right, walking around this area you’ll get hit with this fowl odor that kinda smells like stagnant water exposed to extreme heat.

That's a pretty good price for 28 nghts stay. I paid way more for 2 days' stay at Shangri-la The Fort.

Thanks for the vid, random question, will i be able to use those moovr scooters with an overseas bank card? or do i need the Gcash thing to use them?
So you can upload money to the Moovr account with your credit card or you have the option to upload using grabpay!
it's just going to get cheaper once all the POGO companies are gone. no more chinese money laundering buying up all the properties
Have you guys tried JCO donuts? Less sweet and super good than KK.
How was the water pressure and AC in the condo?
