Ah thank you for the tip. It's one I definitely wanna try again maybe even 1 less potato than I used would of worked out better also. But still was super tasty as a mashed potato!
@@JakeChernisky Yeah, that's the thing about spuds... being an agricultural product, every tater is different. Hence why most recipes don't give down-to-the-milligram amounts... you the cook are the master of your own destiny. Or as Chef Jon would put it:
