Bosch dishwasher not draining or slow drain e24 error code air gap drain pump and line replacement

this was a job from hell. we were out there three times. could not locate the clog. the unit was working 90% of the time but after a week the customer would call us back. ended up deciding replace the drain line and the drain pump took the whole thing apart. put all the new parts in and that thing was still not draining properly even though we checked the air gap multiple times We found that air gap was an issue. this video I'll share the tips. how to disassemble Bosch dishwasher without the access panel in the bottom hopefully you find help trying to repair your issue. the video is not the best quality because I was filming with one hand and working. definitely not the easiest repair but sometimes can be avoided by checking if you things like the air gap, the filter and you can avoid removing the dishwasher altogether. sometimes it is inevitable.
