I just wish there was a legit American MCM. I love these guys, but man, I _really_ want to see them work on some American muscle...
And by that I mean... you seem to get two kinds of American muscle car shows. Either bottom-dollar "look at our stupid shenanigans" Roadkill-esqe, or "Look at us swap parts with this $$$$ kit from (insert sponsor here)" everyone else. No one is doing what MCM does - working on original hardware with just the skills under their belts, respecting the craft that originally went into these nuggets.

If you ever get stuck with o rings seals like for your fuel tank at the beginning of the video. Try a Hydraulic seals company. Some stock many sizes for Hydraulic rams etc... and they have the types of rubber levels for corrosion and heat levels. Some places even make seals on site to your specs, just got to give them measurements if the old seal not available.

A few tips when turning parts on the lathe.
Get the cutting speed correct, different metals machine best at the correct speed.
The cutting tool must exactly on the centre height, use a selection of shims to get it right.
The cutting tool rake and clearance angles have to be ground in to the tool to suit the metal being machined and it has to be kept sharp.
Use coolant and cutting fluid for the best finish.

Top Tip for repairing rust pinhole. 2 steps #1 electroetch the inside of the tank basically reverse plating steel. You simply set up the plate steel but reverse the polarity till the oxides are gone. #2 use new plating solution to plate the inside of the tank. You might want to repeat the process. I've seen this done on vintage Harley Davidson tanks.

Great job is an understatement tackling everything done to the Turbo Nugget, well done.
Not trying to sound condescending below, but there are some recommended safety precautions i recommend below.
Now that's out of the way, Hear me out on this plea of mine, Please wear Safety glasses when you are working on a lathe, i've seen people lose their eyesight due to some shards of metal that went flying into their eyes, back then when i went to machining school.
And please wear a respirator when you remove the drums of the hub, there are asbestos dust in there that are not good for your lungs,
(The disc brake systems fall into this category, but all the free flowing air around the discs allow for a less concentrated amount of asbestos dust)
The formulation of the brake lining/shoes are indeed have less asbestos in them, but there are still asbestos in there.
Thanks & Stay safe, and let's not put our MAD rare body parts IN THE BIN.
Edit: A bit of an old video to post a comment on but carry on with the HONK at your leisure.

Now that you have a lathe a good quick small project would be to make a heat soak for those V band faces that warp a bit when you weld them on to pipe.
Just get a bit of solid aluminium round bar and machine so the v band flange clamps to it and takes the heat away when welding the pipe on and the heat has somewhere to go instead of warping the thin flange.

    Just a tip? Hopefully maybe?
Like with the bearings, you can also get replacment gaskets at “gasket” shops. They usually also provide gasket design if needed for a specific aplication. Maybe you already tried that and that the fuel pump gasket is a specialty item, but i had a lot of luck with gasket shops providing replacement items or even an upgrade solution.
Big fan since the driveway beginings!

Keep that lathe- you'll use that over and over. And remember it doesn't just make parts- it can make{or modify) tools as well. I don't know how i ever managed without one!
