One with two front pogo sticks in front of hood for suspension is Max. The cameramans sled. Vmax is a ton and a half, and Ultra ( which I had new) was a 680 ultra piece of crap! 700 SKS was such a better sled. Not so jet fussy, better bottom end, and lighter. Yamaha were dependable, bet you couldn't ride them in Rockies. Way way too heavy, and suspension sucked!!!
@@billmcmeekin7909 My first high power sled was a '97 Ultra SPX SE. I rode that thing for 5000 miles over two years before selling it to buy a 1999 XCR-800. I have had a '01 800 RMK Sno-Chek 156" and currently have a '00 XCR-800. I live in Alaska in a tiny village near the Bering Sea. As such, I've purchased the necessary manuals so I could work n the machines as needed. I never felt the Ultra was "jet fussy", you just needed to tune it and go.
Yamaha baby!
The one with the camera. I pulled in him hard and then backed off the throttle as he past me.
You're full of shit.
