No protective equipment used by landscaper (gloves, ear and eye protection, mask for dust). Not impressed. Homeowner doesn't lift a finger. That place will be overgrown again in a few months. Why not help people who are responsible homeowners. You're wasting your time.

Kevin, I am a long time viewer, an old gal (76y). I have always thought your heart is in the right place. I also think your work ethic is something that seems to be in shortage these days, sadly. I am happy to see this man get the help he needs. I am speaking as a single, retired woman with a small income and who recently spent many months in the hospital & rehab after a nasty fall. I feel for this man as I know what it means not to be able “to do” for oneself. I am blessed to have wonderful adult children who have taken precious time out of their busy schedules to care for me. So I say thank you from the bottom of my heart for looking out for those who can’t look out for themselves.

Hear that, I have always done all the yard work on two acres from trimming the multiple trees and hauling it away, to mowing, weed eating planting too much and harvesting/canning the garden, painting gutter cleaning. Tried to climb a ladder yesterday to clean out the gutters and I climbed right back down, my knees said NO!

Neighbors should of been there years ago to help the family.
There comments basically meant "thanks for helping the neighborhood property values".
Taking extra time to mowing, rake, prune your neighbors yard while your working on yours is no big deal, couple hours a month. I always rake my neighbors front yard when her giant oak drops all the leaves. When Americans can't even help their neighbors how the hell will this country ever pull back together again?!
That is so true. You know what I keep thinking? Things have gotten so bad that I can actually see one of these homeowners suing one of these guys for something stupid.

First time viewer and I must say I watched your entire video. I have been in this homeowner’s situation, I lost Five family members with months of each other. That was nine years ago and this is the first time this year that I can say I feel like life is returning to me. The only difference is that when all this tragedy happened with the help of my husband and son, we cleared all junk and debris and kept very busy. That is what kept me from crying all the time and not thinking about the empty hole in my heart. I saw how hard you worked to bring life back to this property. And…you blessed this man with a financial gift. The Bible says that we reap what we sow. May you and your family be always blessed. I hope this homeowner will find the energy to keep this place up and find out how it would also help him feel better too.

I can relate to what you've said. Life hurts us at times, and sometimes we let things build up to the point that we NEED help to get it back under control. It becomes just too big for us to feel we can even begin. This man just gave that grieving son a chance at getting his life back under some control.

I've not seen ANYONE climb on a roof to remove a GROWING TREE before, and then to go over it and the entire house to remove the lichen and green stuff. You gave this man two days of HARD LABOR to clean this up is amazing. Thanks for not harming the snake. It is outside in its own domain. This my first time watching this show, and I’m empress with his kindness and generosity to this elderly man and his wife. He not only helped cleared the trees and brushes for free, but he also offered money to help pay for this elderly man’s bills and dinner for him and his wife. God will bless you 100 fold. This isn't the 1st time he gave from his own pocket to help someone. I watched him clean up a grave yard stones and all put out flowers ,a preacher came along and helped him. His family helped. He is Blessed and will be blessed when he goes home to be with God.

Life is HARD, we all go through something heavy before we leave this earth and having the heart to lift people up during their heavy times is such an awesome act of love and kindness. Prayers the homeowners can start to have many happy days ahead. Sorry for all of the loss they have had. They are really going to enjoy sitting out watching those fireworks from now on.

This is something that I've been thinking about a lot lately.
I'm recently retired, and have a lot of time on my hands.
I love to do yardwork, and make things look pretty.
Since I live in Yuma AZ, quite a few folks are here only in the winter. My nextdoor neighbor is a snow bird.
When I'm weed hunting in my front yard, I do it in their front yard as well.
They don't know that I do it yet, as I moved in last year. Can't wait for them to come back and see if they notice 😁

I know you have done a lot of videos Kevin, but this one is one of the best you've ever done! You went full on ARCHEOLOGIST uncovering that house through all that THICK NASTY JUNGLE. That was absolutely insane seeing nature trying to swallow that house haha. That was an Olympic amount of work worthy of Hercules for sure. You truly are a great guy with a massive heart and a work ethic the size of MONTANA! What a great experience to be able to watch you clear up this house from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom to something that looks like a home where somebody lives. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for doing all of this MASSIVE work, that apparently NOBODY would do over there, and helping this guy and the entire neighborhood out. It absolutely makes them a lot happier and safer and it was a real treat to see all of the neighbors and even the kids come over and compliment you and thank you. That was very heartwarming. Also very cool of you to make a call to Al Bladez and have him make a surprise visit, that was awesome.
