Nice job, rust protection is always cheaper than welding.Do you ever consider using the extension hose with the 360 degree spray nozzle to get right up the chassis legs?

It does dull down over time. If you want a permanent shiny black I would suggest repainting

I would reccomend checking every year, and you can 'touch up' areas that may be thin or worn. As for a recoat, every 5 years, depending on condition
