It's northern Irish, more sharp sound than southern. I lived their 3 yrs, it seems harsh at first, but the warm when you get the accent is clear.
I tend to think of the vowel sounds as favouring "ai" sounds, whereas ROI seems to have more of an "oi" sounds

Just to point out that despite the pro British propaganda nonstop in the media - so-celled 'northern ireland' always was and still is Ireland. No one would debate whether an accent was a 'Northern England' or and England accent.They are all equally England and English. The same for Ireland despite British colonisation. The accent she is doing is inner city Belfast but a few of her words sound like a Derry city accent [certainly not the British colonial so-called 'londonderry]

No, it's not dear - as full well you know. Northern Ireland is a separate political entity from the Republic of Ireland and is part of the United Kingdom. The rest of your comment makes no sense at all, particularly your reference to the Londonderry/Derry accent. I think you are a bit mixed up.
Or occupied & unoccupied Ireland lol. Some non English people might distinguish between northern and southern British accent(s) or even say southwest or southeast tbf.
