Do a low intensity workout with weights, avoid high intensity workouts as it’s gonna increase your stress level. Go for walks. And most importantly don’t stress out! Things take time and consistency, don’t rush if you want it to be sustainable

I think alcohol should be avoided. It is harmful in many ways and in pcod it should better for you to avoid it. If you can’t avoid it you can take it in min amount (occasionally once in month 😅) . And pcod can be cured if u do regular exercise even 5% of wt loss can improve your menses . ❤

I have binge eating problems overeating problems extreme hunger. Problems I eat daily 3000 calories Dr have adviced me to not not more than 600 calories but I can t due to binge eating ,overeating,and extreme hunger please help me Gunjan to lose weight

Do a low intensity workout with weights, avoid high intensity workouts as it’s gonna increase your stress level. Go for walks. And most importantly don’t stress out! Things take time and consistency, don’t rush if you want it to be sustainable

Mam , i use packaged snacks but it says , no added sugar , no preservatives ( probably) and its multhgrain , maked with millet , jower , ragi , etc grains and it says trans fat is zero . So, i am assuming its not fried but baked ( max protein chips )

I think alcohol should be avoided. It is harmful in many ways and in pcod it should better for you to avoid it. If you can’t avoid it you can take it in min amount (occasionally once in month 😅) . And pcod can be cured if u do regular exercise even 5% of wt loss can improve your menses . ❤

must add sunflower seeds in your diet....1 tablespoon atleast...the high presence of selenium,zinc and many more minerals will do wonder for your any kind of thyroid issues. Either it is hypo-hyperthyroid or any kind of autoimmune disease due to improper function of thyroid....
