    So I had a friend who tried hard to get her PCOS in control. She is still overweight but guess what her PCOS just vanished and she came to know that she was pregnant too. One of the main things this woman forgot to tell is that you shouldn't stress much about it. Don't put yourself in more depression by killing all your cravings. Just have them in moderation. The key is balancing diet.

      I do eat gluten but not loads of it. Coffee once or twice a week. But otherwise a good diet I think.
      I did do a juice cleanse that included fruit juices (all natural organic cold pressed) and it actually helps my symptoms.

    I feel u need to check, high fat milk In moderate quantity is advised. Low fat/ skimmed milk pose more harm to hormonal balance. Please check reserach papers in the respective area.

    I was also suffering from pcod and i have lots of acne on my face this continues for 5 years I was not aware about that but finally medication helps me a lot thank to doctor I also do satvic diet but it doesn't work 🤷‍♀️

    Gluten free and dairy free is really a game changer, but at the same time soy and soyproducts have phytoesrogens, even after limiting everything might have a possibility of imbalance of harmones... Since estrogen and phytoesrogen both are harmful,and they are present in good foods like chickpeas, lentils, legumes , so here or there it's completely a vicious trap, a particular strong and effective diet with pcod/pcos is a milestone in itself....

    Now i understand why my weight gets started gaining after eating chapati.
    I just get the medical tests done and detected PCOD, before this i was not aware about this.
    And trust me these all tips really works to maintain body weight and fat. Because one year back when i eliminated all the junk, packaged, gluten, sugary food for 3-4 months and had only green salads, pulses, fruits ...my whole body was just awesome... I lost 3-4 inches, but as I said I was not aware about the PCOD so I switched to my normal routine and gained weight and fat only by eating gluten food, high fat milk, and fresh fruit juices.
    Well now will start the diet in a systematic way again to cure this problem.

      My plan is to continue for atleast 6 months and then after that will do the tests again for knowing the actual state. 😊

      Lunch - dal/sabji, jowar/bajra/ragi ki roti/ salad (aur kabhi kabhi rice, n dahi bhi le leti hu)
      Dinner - soup, salad (aur kabhi regular khana)
      Wheat roti, deep fried items, sweet, packaged food, junk food, heavy milk... Ye sab diet se hata diya.
      Aur morning me one hour exercise (Surya namaskar, kapalbhati, anulom vilom, sarvangasna, chakkichalan asan, butterfly asan..)

    pcod lifestyle problem hai. Apna lifestyle purane zamane(Indian) ka kariye
    Khana peena use karne ki cheeze sab old style karlijiye. Purane zamane me itni bimariya thi kya. Aaj isliye hai kyunki humlog waise nahi kha rahe pee nahi rahe aur use nahi kar rahe.
    Food its self is a medicine bas sahi cheez aur sahi style me khaiye.
    Parhez karne ki zarurat nahi replace karne ki hai.
    Kuch cheeze Jo aap replace kar sakte hai
    For Ex:
    Refined oil vs ghani oils like sarso til coconut
    Polished daal vs unpolished unpeeled daal
    Packaged atta vs chakki atta
    Sugar vs gud mishri honey
    ReadymadePacked vs homemade
    Avoid plastic bags vs cloth or jute bags
    Avoid plastic utensils vs glass steel wooden
    Drink 8 glass of water plain pot water
    1/2 hr Walking morning or before sleep

    Just strike balance between your food intakes and you are good to go. You cant leave all food at tender age of 20s or young age of 30s. Just take no stress and enjoy your life to the fullest. ❤ thats the key 🔑

    I have binge eating problems overeating problems extreme hunger. Problems I eat daily 3000 calories Dr have adviced me to not not more than 600 calories but I can t due to binge eating ,overeating,and extreme hunger please help me Gunjan to lose weight

      Do a low intensity workout with weights, avoid high intensity workouts as it’s gonna increase your stress level. Go for walks. And most importantly don’t stress out! Things take time and consistency, don’t rush if you want it to be sustainable

    Mam , i use packaged snacks but it says , no added sugar , no preservatives ( probably) and its multhgrain , maked with millet , jower , ragi , etc grains and it says trans fat is zero . So, i am assuming its not fried but baked ( max protein chips )
    Is it ok ?

      I think alcohol should be avoided. It is harmful in many ways and in pcod it should better for you to avoid it. If you can’t avoid it you can take it in min amount (occasionally once in month 😅) . And pcod can be cured if u do regular exercise even 5% of wt loss can improve your menses . ❤

      Jisme se uski cream niakali jati hai and then woh skimmed milk ban jata hai. Mtlab jab milk ko garam karke uske fat niakalte hai , uski malai nikalte hai that’s it skimmed milk.

      I had same problem... But I have cured my pcod and endometriosis. Alhamdulillah...
      Honesty speaking mera apna koi fayda nhi h but mene cure kiya h isliye help ki niyat se apko bta Rahi hu
      Endometriosis k liye mene 2 month dafadros (contraceptive pills) li I'm unmarried...
      And then oozimax ,cystolib, and nictofem. And Allah ka bht shukr h 3 month me meri report bilkul normal aayi h

      Mujhe PCOD hain acv main bhi consume karti hu par periods k time nahi leti... You can take cinnamon tea during periods it's very effective for period pain...

      Mujhe pichle 4 years se pcod hai now i'm 18 ,,doctor se dikhwaya tha toh wo bahot sare medicine,pills sb dete the pr usse v kuch jyada kuch nhi hua ,,abhi mujhe kuch smjh nhi aa rha mummy says ki ye sb normal hai bahot ko hota hai pr,mujhe periods irregular ke sath sath bahot jyada pain hota hai periods me intolerable pain 💔and abhi main ghr pe hi rehti hu online studies (i'm a neet aspirants) isse aur meri weight badh si gyi hai ...mentally stress /depressed rehne lagi hu ,pcod aur studies ko lekar ,lonlyness 🙂I'm completely fed up with my life 😭💔

      @@muskanbharti1456 mujhe bhi pcod hai boht jyada but trust me exercise hi iska main treatment hai Mt Khao medicine vgrh m ne bhi boht lekr dekhi h kuch ni hota usse khaoge to periods honge vrna nai honge ...isse acha exercise daily 1 hour gym jao sb kro cardio oll exercise..trust me apne aap thik jaoge or han wait loose kro apne aap periods honge ...m ab thik hu exercise hi humara treatment hai

      must add sunflower seeds in your diet....1 tablespoon atleast...the high presence of selenium,zinc and many more minerals will do wonder for your any kind of thyroid issues. Either it is hypo-hyperthyroid or any kind of autoimmune disease due to improper function of thyroid....
