    Wonderful man Mr. James Brown was in deed ,my sister ,mom, and my oldest daughter was at Olive Garden Sept.24,2001 when non other than King of Soul came with Tammi Rae and James Brown Jr. little baby and sat right beside them. When he heard it was my sister 50th birthday ,he sung Happy Birthday to my sister ,she was so excited . I know that was her best Birthday Present . God Bless Mr. Brown and thanks for sharing Deanna.

    Mr James Brown changed the world. All them beats and samples. The first rap I ever heard had the payback in the background.

    All I can do is smile when I hear the name James Brown!, His music immediately takes me back to my childhood, where my parents played his music all the time. Mr. Brown was truly the greatest entertainer, and deserves the title "God father of soul" ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    All black people loved James Brown. As a kid, we all emulated him. I was very proud of him and he made me proud. When I saw him on Ed Sullivan, I was shocked. I was shocked by the power he displayed and the confidence. He crushed that show! The next day, the entire neighborhood talked about it. To this day, when I hear Cold Sweat I stand up!

      @choward5430 2 роки тому

      @@KTBFFH When James Brown was on top in the 60s-70s, America was a prime racist nation. James Brown made us feel great, "Say it loud, I'm black and I'm proud." Why would an artist make such a song? The answer is obvious!
      When I say "prime," I mean television, films, politics, etc., was white. The odd thing is there really is no such thing as white people or black people. According to GOD, there are two categories of people; Jew and Gentile. Even in Europe when mass migration from Europe occurred from 1800-1954, no European referred to themselves as white. They were German, Italian, Irish, English, Polish, Swedish, French, Greek, Russian, etc.

    Hello Everyone, I can still Remember My Mom(RIP🙏)Calling Me Up On The Phone With This Loud Jammin' Music Playing in The Background that I was Surprised She would be playing at that Time Of The Early Day/Late Morningish while I was Still in My Bed in Another State Mind You, Unfortunately at The Time, "Battling The Big C!!!" But *"GOD! IS GOOD!"* And I Am 'STILL ALIVE!' To Talk About It, Although Earlier This Year She Didn't Make It Fighting Her Fight, Sorry.. But To Make A long Story Short, I Immediately Asked Her Where She Was And She Went On To Say "OH, And There Goes☆Michael Jackson!☆Down There!" Mom, Where are You??? I Asked Her With Surprise! Oh I'm At ☆MrJames Brown☆ Furneral!!!, What?" I'm Not Lying! That Must have been A Very Sad Yet 'Joyous Moment!' for 'ALL!' Those in Attendance! To Be Able To Witness And YES, Say *"Goodbye!"* To First Of All, *"THE REAL!~ GODFATHER OF SOUL!!!"* And Secondly, To A Man Who *'NEVER!!!'* FORGOT HIS ROOTS, *"ALWAYS!!!"* REMEMBERED WHERE HE CAME FROM AND GAVE BACK TO THE TOWN & COMMUNITY WHERE HE WAS RAISED DURING THE HOLIDAYS FOR FAMILY THANKSGIVINGS AND TO THE CHILDREN FOR THEIR CHRISTMAS GIFTS!!! He Even 'Proposed Marriage 2X!!!' To My Now Deseased Elder Cousin When They Ran The Streets Of Augusta! He Told Her "Marry Me~I'm Gonna Be 'FAMOUS!!!' One Day!" *(Mr.James Knew Back Then Singing On Them Streets That He Was Going To Be *"SOMEBODY!"* She Said "NO, I Ain't Marrying You!" For Whatever Her Reasons, But If She Only Knew. Ha,Ha,Ha....😄Peace,BB☆

Also we want the same thing Elvis Presley is remembered for and Aretha Franklin etc. we made the music but others R getting credit for entertainers crafts and accomplishments.
