These commute times are waaaay off, maybe in 1992, lol

Thank you for directing wealthy Californians AWAY from the lovely neighborhoods closer in to Nashville like mine. Nope. Not telling you what the actual best neighborhood is. 😂 Y'all can have Brentwood and Franklin! And Thompson's Station. Definitely settle in Thompson's Station. It's "30 minutes" from Nashville. If you're a crow.

Hendersonville does not have the historic downtown area as shown in the video. this person obviously has no knowledge of the area.

So clearly this lady just found some facts on the Internet and made a video. She probably hasn't even been to Nashville. Lots of discrepancy.

All of Nashville is suburb hell. They are trying to turn this place to LA South.
How so? Having come from LA I’m seeing a refreshing difference from LA. A huge difference.
@@NBportofino TOO MANY PEOPLE. That's how so. Nashville is ruined and all the counties that touch Nashville are ruined. It's way too crowded and way too expensive now. It breaks my heart to see what Nashville has become. People call it progress, but it's not progress. It's destruction. Nashville and much of Middle Tennessee has been destroyed.
This Lady knows nothing about Nashville. She's from Ohio banking on Nashvilles boom. Her drive times are off. Her footage is wrong. The only thing correct about this video is Williamson County being ONE of the best school districts. Wilson County (Mt. Juliet) is better.
2 of these areas I avoid at all cost. Get your information from someone else. Not people like this that are new to the area for business.
