Thank you! Awesome! I was afraid to try it on my ninja blender bc my food processor motor finally gave out after 11 years. Lol. Cuisinart. So I’m thankful I can use it without worry! Bc this was a gift and I KNOW I could not use my old blender for it!!!!

honestly, my blendtec total blender with WildSide+ Jar does super creamy peanut, cashew, almond butters in under 2 minutes without even using a spatula. Since everybody thinks those are super expensive compared to this one, I bought a sparingly used motorbase and a brand new Jar! Saved a lot of money.

i am so thankful for your video! I'm looking at getting this blender but very worried if it doesnt blend nut butter. With your video, im confident for my purchase! :)

If you want to avoid a high acrylamide content from roasting, only roast at 250F or below. A pound of almonds took 45 minutes to roast (to my taste) in a Ninja cooker at 250F. You may prefer less roasting or a little bit longer.

I'm glad you said that because that's exactly what happened to me last night. Fortunately it's working again this morning. I didn't roast my almond and had to add some coconut oil to thin it out. Is that a problem other than the dryness? It was my first attempt.

I just made peanut butter without any added oil and it was perfect, do you think I can do the same with toasted almonds?

Hi, did you add any liquids to make it creamy? How long did you leave it for, for it to become a nut butter without the oil?

    • @ainsly5931

@@dany1654 no liquid or oil, I just put 2 cups unsalted baked peanuts, pinch of salt and that's all. The whole process took me around 5-6 minutes, pausing just to scrape the sides; because the Ninja pitcher is so powerful, the peanuts become creamy as they release their own natural oil. Hope I helped.

It looks like it'd be a nightmare to clean this Ninja after making peanut/almond butter, how hard/dangerous would you say it is?

I saw a hack to use hot water with some dish soap in it and blend it all off. (Can repeat for this I’m sure) then regular water. Then I just rinse out.

What about raw almonds, have a problem, I do not want to bake them as the vitamins are gone.

So does almond butter have to be refrigerated or do you refrigerate it to get the desired consistency!

Oh my gosh how easy! Then I pour warm almond milk back in to blender and run to pick up the rest stuck to the inside! Or make ice cream! Why waste all that yummy almond butter!

Why bake them? The heat destroys all the nutritional value. You can also make almond milk. Soak a cup of almonds over night, In the morning they are for blending and then strain them. I forgot what the lady used. It was a special sack of some kind. Then she let the pulp dry out to make almond flour.
