Yeah I could see that but now that not too many phones have them I think people are getting used to using Bluetooth headphones all the time

@@FishBeeProductions I use airpods/beats studio buds/beats studio 3s…but the lack of any input keeps music producers and recording off the table. Bluetooth just isn’t possible due to latency issues

I don’t really need my iPad to be amazing and the iPad 9 would probably be perfect for me if it weren’t for the look I am personally against the home button and wider outline so I might get the iPad Air or the iPad 9 I don’t really know. I’ll update when I get a new iPad

I have the 9 and my older brother has the air but I think they kinda work the same! Also I think the 9 is better because even though it doesn’t have like the full screen if u get it at 256gb (that’s what I have) it still comes out cheaper than the air at 64 gb. Overall they are both great iPads!
My requirments are note talking, learning, watching movies, downloading movies, office tools, content writing in fiverr and upwork.

Storage. Do you think you need a lot of storage for your usage? If you’re just watching things and not downloading anything other than apps then you should be fine with the 64 gb storage.

I have the iPad Air 3. Is it worth upgrading to the 9 as a secondary iPad even though I’m losing laminated screen? My daily iPad is the pro 11
I never had the air 3 but I would think it would be very similar to the 9.
@@FishBeeProductions the main difference between the IPad Air 3 and the IPad 9 is laminated screen and upgraded selfie camera. I’d be worried losing that laminated screen

@@Swim1629 Air 3 does not have Face ID. It’s retained the Touch ID, but it has a laminate screen which the IPad 9 does not.

i’m looking at buying an ipad for note taking, reading and streaming content. i’m going to university soon so i want something that is going to last. that being said, money doesn’t grow off trees so it’s hard to decide. should i go for the ipad 9 with 256g or the 64g ipad air? they both seem nice, and have pros and cons.
iPad 9 is plenty for most. I think iPad air is easier to connect USB c hubs and external drives I already have though.
i have the ipad 9 64gb is ok for uni imo (since u getting 5gb from icloud and 15gb from google), but the new air 5 with the M1 chip should be a good option as well that will last u many years. but the good think with ipad9 is that u can find logi keyboard cases and clone pens for cheaper .

Air 4 will be better for drawing, 64 gb should get you by for awhile. Don't forget you can also use an external hard drive if you have to.

Both will be good for that but the iPad Air will use the apple pencil 2nd gen which is supposed to be better, I don't really illustrate so I can't confirm that.

- I had to wait over 1 month for iPad 9
- iPad 9 supports only Apple Pencil 1st gen, and it's stupid charging way. I wanted Apple Pencil 2 support.
- Stereo speakers
Other:
- iPad 9 has really ugly design
Reasons to buy iPad 9:
- better front facing camera,
- headphone jack (for some potential users),
- lower price.
iPad Air is sth between iPad Pro and casual iPad.

Ipad air 4 vs ipad 9 hmm saw both 64g devices in pawn shop today in excellent condition. Think they wanted 440 and 400 respectively. The iPad 9 still has 8 months guarantee (I checked coverage) so it must have been pawned straight after someone bought it on credit I'm guessing. Weird thing is the 9th gen is still on iPadOS15.4 so maybe jailbreakable soon? The air 4 def looks way more modern if you're not using a case. Almost got it but they were closing. Any suggestions guys? I'm not in the US so Apple devices aren't as common. Tempting but they seem overpriced, right? No cable no chargers no pens either. Hmm

no but on youtube videos you can't zoom in unless you go through chrome and watch youtube instead of the app, other things like netflix you can zoom in.

I would say go for ipad air 3 if you are considering buying the ipad 9th gen. Cause it's better than ipad 9th gen(except A13 only).

Recommend the Air 4. The size is definitely more ideal for drawing and the wireless charging of Apple Pencil 2 alone is great. If your budget allows you, more storage is better especially if you frequently draw. iPad 9 with Apple Pencil 1 is still a decent option but the Air 4 with Apple Pencil 2 is a noticeable upgrade.

Well if you want bigger screen, laminated display and you have that much budget then get ipad air 4. Ipad 9 is also good it's much cheaper and 256 gb in ipad 9 is much inexpensive than the base variant of the ipad air 4.

iPad 9 seems to be a better fit in your situation. Surfing the web on either device, barely any difference. The 9th gen is great for beginner artist or hobbyists with just enough space. A13 chip with 3GB of RAM should be adequate for presentation applications. The front camera is better on the 9th gen with center stage feature. Add 256GB storage, you are set for a long time without needing to worry about low storage. iPad 9 is great for bare necessities, the Air 4 is luxury but if you can afford it, always go higher if you know you’ll absolutely love the device.

Ipad 9 is pretty good! I’m using the 9th gen for my 2 year old for the learning apps that are only on iPad. People without kids don’t understand that iPads have good learning apps for children and it’s not like how it was back in the day when parents didn’t care about helping their children learn.
