I'm ok.i sometimes find myself talking as if I gave myself advice . As if I spoke to mum. My physical bodily status could be better. I hold good views . TY.
The critic does not say YOU are..., I become the critic. There isn't really an "I", there is a throne and whichever complex (personality) sits in the throne becomes "I". So I tell myself I am negative things.

I record my own voice with motivational pep talks for different areas in my life
I call my inner coach "big sister". I communicate with her by writting a dialogue, just she and me. I keep a secret word file for our meetings. 😉
